Today me and my best friend Sunny promised that we'll always be friends. Isn't that cool? It feels like growing a friend for your flower! Kinda thought about these things, and I think life is like gardening. And we all resemble flowers! I want to be the sunflower, growing close to the Sun... You know, right?? Sunny- Sun haha. I just feel like he's the one really caring about me. Well, I have to go to sleep now, because tommorow I must cheer on Sunny! It will be the last day before the recital. Bye!

"Like gardening, huh?"

The flower grows with weeds around. If there is no gardener, it dies, overwhelmed by the weeds. If there is, he can rip them off. But he can also cut them and pretend it's the resolution.

Or mistakenly cut the flower in process.

"Bye Sunny! Bye Aubrey!"

Oh god it's finally over. Trying to oppose Aubrey is too hard so I just give up mostly.

The plan... I don't know if I want to do it. Sunny should discover love himself... Maybe he and Kel are just really great friends? Maybe he'll actually fall in love when he understands?

"Polly?"

"Yes, Basil?"

"Have you ever had someone you loved?"

"No, I don't think so... But it's just me. When I was your age, everybody around me was just going crazy about love, but I didn't know why. Year later I discovered that I might me Aromantic and Asexual, so I don't really feel love. But I am really good at making friends, so this is why I'm here."

"Oh, alright... Thank you."

"Why are you asking? Somebody troubling your mind?"

"Nothing... Just a question."

"You can always talk to me if you want. I do understand the concept of love, I just don't feel it."

"No, it's fine, really."

I speeded through to my room, because I know Polly would ask until I break and tell. I don't even think that I would know what to say. Well I do it always in difficult situations.

In the corner of my eye I saw a green notebook.

"This is so dumb. Only kids make journals."

I opened it up and read some pages of times before the incident and some time after.

"Today I met a boy named Sunny! I don't really have friends, just Aubrey, but after spending some time with him I can tell we'll make the best friends forever! He's really calm and collected. I could talk about gardening for hours, and he would listen!"

I was sitting on my bed, hugging my knees. I threw the notebook to the ground.

"*Sigh* How stupid am I? I can't ignore this forever. I might be in love with Sunny.

All of this is soo stuuuupiiid. I'd let Aubrey beat up my head just to get memory loss, but she wouldn't actually do that. Oh lord."

It's getting dark. Maybe I'll just go for a walk in the forest and some bear would eat my brain.

Going through window? Hell yeah, I did it many times when I didn't want to see Polly. Of course I have a rope, I wouldn't jump out of there.

"It's a nice weather, isn't it?"

Just talking to myself, going through the forest.

"Sunny would love that, it's a nice difference from the hot weather. He loves the cold."

The more I think, the more thoughts about him just appear.

"Oh shut up Basil. He loves Kel. Remember what you did and the results. Didn't I want to help?

I did want, but I ruined everything. What if I ruin the plan too? I mean it wouldn't be that bad, but I want the best for Sunny."

"But he said that Kel's asleep. Is that possible that he woke up perfectly in the time Sunny was sleeping?

Are doctors hiding something?"

"Stop that. Where is the crazy beast to eat my head?"

While walking mindlessly I stumbled upon something rocky.

Oh. It's a grave.

When did I get into the graveyard? I don't know. I approached the grave from the front.

Oh. Mom. How long has it been?

All the flowers just dried out.

Wait. There is somebody in there.

A black figure sat in front of one of the graves. It's location was familiar...

Isn't it Mari's grave?

I approached not caring if that would be a serial killer of something.

"Basil? what are you doing there at this time?"

It was just Hero in a dark blue hoodie.

"I could ask you the same. I was just walking through the forest thinking about Sunn...y weather."

"You're so bad at this. You were thinking about Sunny."

"Yeaah. I'm just lost. And what are you doing here?"

"Visiting Mari... to thank her. She told me that I have to forgive Sunny like she did."

"She... told you? Are you some kind of medium?"

"No, I mean it was just a dream, but it felt so real. And because of that, I realised that Mari would make everyone forgive Sunny. But baack. Thinking about Sunny in the middle of night, in woods. Something is troubling you."

"God, not you too. Alright, I'll tell. Remember the plan Aubrey made? I don't want to do it actually. Today proved that Sunny doesn't understand love at all, and he has to discover it and the special person himself."

"So... you have a crush on Sunny and don't want him to love Kel."

"... When did you get so smart."

"All the studies weren't for nothing. Also I've been in a relationship if you don't know."

"Yeah, whatever. Please don't tell Aubrey."

"You know eventually everyone will know."

"Yeah, but I don't want her to tease me about that."

"Alright, I won't tell but just know she's smart too. She'll figure this out herself if she didn't already."

"Oh right she could. Now you're making it worse."

"Sorry. Going back, you shouldn't be alone in the forest at night, it's dangerous."

"I hoped that an animal would come and eat my head."

"Don't say that! I know it's difficult, you probably know what happened to me after-
you know. I still love her, and will always do, but I can't do anything to bring her back. It's kind of similar."

"I guess it is. But Sunny's alive and still hasn't decided."

"I'll root for you. I still don't think Kel and Sunny would be healthy relationship right now considering what happened. We should head back."

"Yeah..."
