i wake up curled against rob's chest, smiling, i place gentle kisses across his skin before pulling myself out of bed. i murmur a quiet greeting to the islanders that are awake, quickly getting dressed into a workout set. liv, kaylor and i head downstairs, doing a light workout before we stretch out our muscles. "what do you guys think is gonna happen today?" kaylor asks, her voice filled with anxious tension. i send her a reassuring smile, "maybe a challenge but i don't think anything crazy is going to happen." she nods, her body relaxing slightly as we gather our stuff. we head back upstairs to get ready for the day, chatting with the other girls as they enter the room.
the boys bring us up breakfast, rob hovering behind me as he watches while i apply my makeup. my skin buzzes at his proximity, reacting to the slightest touches from him. i look up to meet his gaze, his eyes flashing with heat as he reads the look on my face. i blush, jerking my eyes away as i finish with my routine. he helps me put everything away, his thoughtful gesture warming my heart as i grab my smoothie and his hand, leading him out on to the balcony. i settle on his lap, his hands gently massaging my hips. we relax into each other, my heart stuttering as i think about how far we've come since the beginning.
"i can't believe we've been here for two weeks" i say, my voice laced with emotion as i look up at him. he nods slightly, "it feels like it's been way longer than that, like i've known you forever. i think we're in a really good place, i don't want things to change." i tilt my head towards him, lacing our finger together as i gather my thoughts. "i've never cared for someone the way i do for you. as long as we're honest with each other, nothing will change. i trust you, and i have complete faith in us." my voice is warm, expressing the love i have for him. his eyes flash, fluttering closed for a moment before he pulls me into a heated kiss. i gasp against his lips, stretching closer until there isn't an inch of space between us.
the girls watch us for their spots at the vanity, kaylor releasing a gentle sigh. "if they break up, i'm giving up on love" leah says, her words holding genuine meaning despite her playful tone. the other girls nod in agreement, totally invested in the strength of rob and i's connection. "they've been solid since the jump, i don't think their heads are turning at all" serena murmurs, her voice laced with fondness.
rob and i break apart once we run out of breath, our lips swollen and tingling with sensitivity. i startle as a chime rings out from next to me, my phone buzzing against the table. "i got a text!" i shout, grabbing the attention of the other islanders. rob grabs my hand, pulling me inside as we gather the girls and head downstairs to meet the guys. "islanders, it's time to show who's got muscle in today's challenge, flex appeal #nopainnogain #dropitlikeitssquat" my voice is laced with excitement, the islanders cheering about the challenge.
we race upstairs to get ready, production providing neon leotards and shorts for us to wear. i giggle as we make it back downstairs, the guys dressed in retro looking workout sets. "cute headband" i tease, rob's cheeks flushing slightly as he pulls me into a kiss. we head towards the challenge set up, production explaining the challenge on the way. the boys will be starting at the top, performing an aerobic routine before sliding down the pole. they will then oil themselves up, striking their best pose in the mirror. then they head to the wobble board, making a protein shake. then the drama starts, each boy will read a question and drop a kettlebell on the balloon of the boy they think the statement fits best. the next event is the ice bath, followed by a hot kiss in the sauna.
connor is up first, sliding down the pole as his muscles flex, his toned body on display. we laugh as he pours the shake all over his face, almost falling off the wobble board. "which boy is the most arrogant?" he drops the weight on kendall's balloon, murmuring that he loved kendall as we laugh. he steps into the ice bath with no hesitation, his voice mocking as he responds, "waters warm." he chooses cassidy for the sauna, we cheer them on as the share a hot kiss.
kenny is next, my hand finding jana's as we watch him make his way through the challenge. "he looks good" i whisper, my dimples flashing as she nods, her eyes glazed over slightly. kenny falls off the wobble board before reading his question, "which boy is the biggest poser?" he drops the weight on miguel's balloon, flashing the boy a playful smile. he makes his way over to us, his eyes locked on jana the whole time. i cheer loudly as they share a heated kiss, the tension between them obvious.
kendall steps up to take his turn, his exuberant personality on display. "which boy do you think is the least trustworthy?" he chooses miguel, his voice echoing around the group as he adds on, "i think like, for the girls, because you're so open to exploring." kendall pulls nicole into the sauna, their hands caressing each other as they share a kiss.
nigel was up next, he easily breezed through the first part, his body on display. "which boy has no game?" nigel drops the weight on connor's balloon, prompting a shrug and playful complaint from the boy. "you've got game, connor" liv shouts, her voice breaking off as nigel pulls her into the sauna for a hot kiss.
miguel was next, his body flexing as he made his way through the challenge. i couldn't help but to admire his toned form as his muscles flexed. "which boy is only here for clout?" miguel walks up and down the line before dropping the weight on kenny's balloon. i cheer as he chooses leah for the kiss, happy that all my friends had made connections in the villa.
next up was aaron, he stood on the railing as he cheered, his voice hyping us up. he made his way through the challenge with relative ease, reading out his question, "if you left tomorrow, which boy do you think would steal your girl?" aaron drops the weight on kenny's balloon, jana and i letting out quiet boo's as we try to cheer him up. aaron dives into the ice bath before walking back towards us, pretending to pick nicole. we clap as he grabs kaylor, pulling her into a steamy kiss.
rob is up next, the girls fanning me as he strips off his tank top. his skin glows under the sun, his chest and arms flexing as he slides down the pole. he easily makes his way through the challenge, reading out his question, "which boy do you think is the most two faced?" rob drops the weight on kendall's balloon, "you love to gossip, bro." kendall nods his head as we laugh, knowing rob is one hundred percent right. he jumps into the ice bath, shaking his head as he splashes water everywhere. i squeak as he picks me up, his cold skin a striking difference against mine.
he pulls me into a slow kiss, our bodies pressed against each other. my hands travel across his back, caressing his muscles as i gently scratch his skin. he grunts into the kiss, his movements turning rougher before he pulls away. he carries me back over to the girls, their taunts filling the air as he gives me one last kiss before putting me down.
the last boy is kordell, the girls all cheering as he makes his way through the challenge. we laugh hysterically when he made a face as if he was going to throw up while he was trying to drink his shake. "which boy is your biggest threat in the villa?" kordell's eyes squint as he thinks for a second, shaking his head slightly. "i don't have one but he did make some moves on my girl, i guess." kordell drops the weight on nigel's balloon, pulling a laugh from the other boy. kordell jumps in the ice bath, his teeth chattering from the cold. he pulls serena into the sauna, their hands gripping each other as they share a passionate kiss.
the girls and i talk before announcing kordell as the winner of the challenge.
