Landon's POV

*weeks later*

Monday mornings are hell. People are trying to rush through traffic to get to work on time and I'm just trying not to flip off the next person who hits the rear of my car.

It happened once and trust me, it was not pretty.

At the law firm, I was ready for my first case where I was going in alone. My dad finally decided that I was ready. Of course I was bummed out that I wasn't going to work with Leah anymore, but she was happy to be on her own as well.

I was holding a single red rose while walking to her brand new office.

I knocked on the door and let myself in.

"For you, blondie." She was on her computer.

"You're so sweet." She held the rose and smelled it.

I pulled her up from her chair and smashed my lips against hers. She wrapped her arms my neck and kissed me back.

"Stop before we get in trouble." She mumbled.

I sighed and let her get back to work.

"Landon! ...I love you." She said before I walked out.

"I love you, sweetheart." I winked at her and she grinned.

A few days ago, I took her out to dinner at her favorite restaurant. We were talking about a case she was on and she was rambling on and on. I stopped her and said that I love her.

She was shocked and surprised at first, but then she said it back to me.

I really do truly love her. Ever since the whole thing with Nicholas, it made me fall for Leah.

Speaking of Nicholas, once in a while he'll call Leah and I'll pick up for her and tell him to leave her alone. He came down to her office one time and interrupted one hot make-out session.

He obviously did it on purpose. I contained myself only because Leah told me to. Otherwise, I would't care if he was with the FBI.

Nina and Jarett have been getting along great. I'm expecting to have a little niece or nephew very soon since they've been breaking every table in Jarett's home.

Leah isn't getting pregnant very soon because we haven't done it. On one occasion we were close to it, but her dad interrupted us.

"Landon, are you having one of those day dreams again?"

"Dad! I didn't hear you come in. What do you need?" I sat up on my chair.

"Well, if you want to get to court on time, you better leave now." He looked at his watch.

I looked at the clock and shot out of my chair. I grabbed my briefcase and all the paper work so fast.

My dad started laughing and I ran to the elevator.

"Good luck, son!" He yelled before the elevator closed.

I got to the courthouse house in about five minutes. That is my record.

Before the trial I have to talk to my client and go over some things.

"How was it?" Leah came in my office.

"I have to go in tomorrow again." I huffed.

I was at the courthouse from 10am to 4pm. The judge had to make another date so the jury can have more time.

I rolled up my sleeves and un-buttoned the first couple buttons on my shirt. I sat on my chair and rubbed my forehead.

Leah came over and started massaging my shoulders. I moaned at the feeling of her hands relieving my stress.

"Shhhh. Just relax." She softly whispered.

I spun my chair around and she straddle me. Her legs were aside of me and my groin was pressed up right against her.

I kissed her like never before. I licked her lips, asking for entry. She opened her mouth for me and my tongue entered her mouth.

She always tasted so good and it drove me crazy. I needed her inside me already. It's been long enough.

"Landon!" Someone knocked.

Leah suddenly got off me and I was frustrated. I sat up and opened the door.

"Jarett! What do you need?" I said.

"Whoa, man. What is up with you?" He glanced at Leah and then looked down at my private area.

"Gotcha. Nina told me to invite you guys to have dinner with us tonight at her place."

"Aw, double date! We will definitely be there." Leah squealed.

"Do I get any input on this?" I asked.

She raised her eyebrow at me and then I raised my hands up in surrender.

"See you two there." Jarett laughed.

I closed the door. "I thought we could have some alone time at my place, tonight."

"Landon, I really want to be with you too. This Friday, me and you at your place." She stated.

"Okay, I'll be waiting."

"I'll see you later, I have work to finish."

I pointed at my cheek so she can leave a kiss. She walked over to me and pecked my cheek.

She strutted her way out my office.

I picked Leah up in front if her building so I can drive us over to Nina's place.

I whistled when she appeared. "Is your boyfriend lucky to have you, blondie."

She was wearing a tight dress that made her look so sexy. Her legs were to die for in that dress.

She blushed at my comment. "You're looking pretty good too, handsome."

"You made me wear this, Leah, but thanks." I said to her.

We drove to Nina's apartment and parked in the lot.

Leah walked right in and we heard rustling in the kitchen. Nina and Jarett were definitely making out.  

"Hey, guys." Leah hugged Nina and Jarett.

I gave Nina a kiss on the cheek and gave Jarett a hug. "That's what you get for interrupting me and my girl."

I whispered in his ear and slightly pushed him in the corner so he can fix the tightness in his pants.

"Fuck you man." He mumbled.

We all sat down around the table and the dug into the food that Nina prepared with the help of Jarett.
