Landon's POV
You dickhead. Ignoring your girlfriend is a really bad idea. But I couldn't help it. Nicholas pissed me off. My anger went on another level this time.
I cooled off and decided to go back to Leah's place.
I bought a Ben & Jerry's ice cream bucket just for her. Hopefully that will make up for my attitude.
I slowly unlocked her door with my key and slowly stepped inside. It was dark except for two candles that lit in the kitchen and living room.
I put the ice cream in the freezer and went upstairs.
"Sweetheart?" I knocked on her bedroom door.
"I bought you your favorite ice cream." I opened the door slowly and she was in bed, on her computer.
She ignored me and focused on her computer. I crawled onto her bed and tried giving her a kiss on her cheek, but she moved.
"I'm sorry. Will you please forgive me?"
She huffed. "Don't ever act like that again."
"No promises, but I'll try."
She closed her laptop and set it on her night stand. Then she straddled me and began kissing me.
"Does this mean you have forgiven me?" My hands were set on her waist.
"Maybe." She smirked.
I kissed her back and I wanted her to know that I wanted to make love to her tonight.
My hands went under her shirt and rubbed her smooth back.
"I'm really tired, Landon." She leaned her forehead against mine.
"It's fine, but I have to take a cold shower now."
She blushed at my comment. I knew that she felt my erection poking under her thigh.
She wiggled a little. "Leah, you're making it worse."
"Sorry babe." She got off and got under the covers.
She patted the spot next to her. "Sleep with me tonight."
I smiled and nodded. I unbuttoned my shirt and took everything off except my boxer briefs.
I spooned her and took one last deep breath before closing my eyes.

I rubbed my eyes and checked the time on my phone. 6:23 A.M.
Leah was still sound asleep next to me. I have to leave and go get changed before work. I don't have any clean clothes here.
I kissed her shoulder and got out of bed slowly, heading towards the restroom.
"Landon?"
I finished washing my face and opened the door.
"Good morning, blondie."
She smiled and kissed my lips.
"I'll see you at work then?" I said, putting on my pants.
"Yea. I'll bring you your coffee."
I finished putting on my shoes and walked over to her.
"I love you."
"I love you." I kissed her and left her house.

Celine was waiting for me in my office when I got there.
"Good morning. I hope you don't mind that I'm a little early." Her lips created a thin line.
