Why didn't they want me? Why was I just taken away? Do they recognize me? Do they know I was with the gilberts all this time? It's been a few days since my last vision of memories. Hearing someone ringing the doorbell knowing all my friends would just walk in, I went downstairs to the front door. Opening it I am greeted by My uncle or was uncle. John Gilbert. "Hey Aurora" "What do you want?" "You haven't return any of my calls." "Most people take that as a hint." "Youve been spending too much time with Damon" He rolls his eyes and Damon suddenly appears beside me at the door. "What do you want john" "See point proven, Aurora said the same thing" Rollings my eyes walking to the living area with John takin ga few steps inside.

"Where do we start looking for vampires?" "How do you act John? You obviously don't care about catching vampires, you're here talking to me." "Actually, I care very much." "What Isobel say about that? I mean, considering that she is one." "Isobel and I share a mutual interest. The original Jonathan Gilbert has an invention that was stolen by a vampire. That vampire was then burned alive in Fell's church, or so Jonathan thought, and the invention was lost forever. But then the vampires weren't killed, were they? They were trapped and now they're free, thanks to you which means the invention is retrieval."

"Wait? Isobel? What am I missing I wasn't out of action for that long?" Damons looks at me shrugging his shoulders "fill you in later" he turns back to John "What is it?" "The only thing that matters is that I want it back and you're going to help me if you want your secret safe." "Why bring me into it John? I mean, I don't know what you are talking about much less who has it." "Oh come on Damon! You were around back then, you know who these people are, what they look like. He was friendly with a woman who turned out to be a vampire. Her name was Pearl. Does that ring a bell?" There is a long pause and I walk off to grab a blood Bag and return to them still looking at each other. "I'm not playing anymore. Get out. Get out."

"I beg your pardon?" "You know, I only entertain this whole blackmail scheme thing of yours because I thought that you and Isobel could lead me to Katherine but see, now I know you've no idea where Katherine is, because if you did you would know that Katherine and Pearl were best friends. See, you don't know everything, do you John?" "I'll tell the entire council what you are." "Go for it! I'll kill every last one of them. Then I'll sever your hand, pull your ring off, and I'll kill you too. Do you understand that?" Damon says looking down on Johns face with a devilish grin. "Ok I think you need to leave before he kills you again, Good bye John thanks for stopping by" I say standing behind him and pushing him towards the door. "Come on Damon we need to go supervise Stefan at the pageant"

Standing down amongst the audience clapping as the Miss Mystic falls contestants descend the stairs. Noticing Stefan Isn't down waiting for Elena looking around meeting Damons eyes as he nods his head and steps into place as Elenas introduced. "Miss Elena Gilbert, escorted by Mister Stefan Salvatore." Damon looks for Stefan one last time. Elena goes down the stairs and looks around assuming for Stefan as well Damon steps forward and takes Stefans place.

He takes her hand, and they rejoin the other girls and their escorts outside. They pass by Jenna and Alaric. I notice giving each other questionable looks before they turn to me before I mouth 'Stefan is a no show'. The couples take their positions for the dance. They bow and curtsey to their respective partners. The girls and their escorts begin to dance. Elena and Damon dance, they look at each other and smile. He looks like he's starting to return to his happy self and Elena looks the happiest she has in days with all of the drama that has been going on.

The girls are on the stage when Mayor Lockwood walks up to the microphone to announce this years winner. Looking up at all of the girls with a huge smile proud of my Friend and Sister. "Where is Amber?" I hear Caroline whisper "I don't know." Elena responded. Stefan, I quickly turn around with the announcement behind me as I make my way upstairs following the noise of uncle john and Sheriff Forbes "Before I crown the winner, I'd like to offer a personal thank you to all of these young ladies for their efforts to better our community." In the background I can hear everyone clapping as I make my way quietly up the stairs "So, without further a due it is my honor to announce our very own Miss Mystic Falls, Miss Caroline Forbes!"

"There is blood on the glass." I walk in standing beside Sheriff Forbes looking at it, Looking around noticing a struggle Sheriff forbes looks down to me giving me a small smile before looking to John "Get me Damon Salvatore." I quickly stepped out of the room pulling my phone out and sending him a text. 'Come up stairs, there has been another incident. Sheriff Forbes and John are up here wanting your help.' putting my phone away keeping an eye out for Damon as he makes his way up the stairs.

Walking back into the Bathroom with Damon in tow, Sheriff Forbes steps to the side allowing him to have a look. Looking around I notice how messy the scene is. Its screaming Stefan at us. I look to Damon and we both nod "We will go look around, there was that girl amber missing. I will let you know if we find anything" Damon says to them before we exit the Bathroom and go off in search of the missing Pageant girl, Amber.

Spotting Elena Damon quickly pulls her aside. We stand out of view of the others. "What is it, did you find him?" "There were signs of a struggle in the upstairs bathroom." I look to the side and notice Bonnie looking over at us giving her a questioning look she turns away. "There was blood, and that Amber girl is missing." I speak up to Elena. "Oh my god! He wouldn't hurt her, he wouldn't!" "Let's just find him, okay? Let's get your coat come on!" We walk off outside and I feel bonnie behind us following closely. Hearing a girl scream we run towards it and see Stefan biting into a girl, That must be Amber "Stefan!" Elena cries out, catching his attention, and he pulls away. "Stefan, come on get control. It's okay, come on. Breath through it man." I speak up walkin gcloser to him with my arms up showing im not armed. Stefan comes at me and suddenly throws me against a tree, Damon rushes to my side and helps me up "Stefan stop it!" Suddenly, Stefan is holding his head. I look back at bonnie and notice her chanting a spell stepping closer to him then she suddenly stops. "It's okay. Stefan." Damon says going closer to Stefan, but he runs away.
