Lila walked into the workroom and Five was taking notes. Surprisingly, he was sitting at his desk, writing on papers. After all, he had finally admitted to himself that having notes only on the wall might be rather impractical in the long run.

Lila sat in the chair that was on the other side of the desk and watched him, not saying a word. Which was a little unusual.

Five looked up after a moment, "are you okay?"

"Yeah..." but her expression didn't look like it.

"Really?"

"Okay, maybe I'm not okay."

"What happened?"

Lila shrugged, "I don't know. Maybe I'm having my melancholy moment?"

Five put down his pencil, walked around the desk, leaned against it and grabbed Lila's hand, "you want to talk about it?"

Lila shook her head, "no... I don't really want to talk... I don't even want to deal with anything... I just want to be with you... does that make sense?"

Five smiled and nodded his head, "come on..." he said and they walked together to the living room. There, he turned on the music and in the middle of the room, he grabbed Lila in his arms and they started dancing together to the music. It was a slow and gentle dance, more of a hugging and snuggling kind of dance during the music. Enjoying each other's closeness.

Lila closed her eyes and smiled, it reminded her of her time in the greenhouse. Many times they had danced together like this, just to enjoy each other. They were moments when nothing else mattered, moments when she forgot everything around her and it was just them.

"Sometimes I miss our first home together... I'm sorry about the sudden departure."

"Yeah... me too..."

Since they survived, they have never returned to the subway again. And they weren't even sure if they could.

"And I also miss it sometimes when it was just you and me... despite the circumstances..."

Five stroked her back, didn't respond for a long time, and then said, "they were the happiest moments of my life then, and I feared they would be the last... when we came back... if you hadn't been with me, I probably would have lived off those memories for the rest of my life..."

"You my dramatic romantic," she smiled.

Five smiled too, "but it's true..."

"Then it's a good thing you're going to live for our real life, because we've got a hell of a lot more to do."

"Mmm..." he purred contentedly, then chuckled, "by the way, didn't you say you didn't want to talk?"

Lila laughed, "your closeness has obviously made me feel better..." she pulled away from his embrace and looked at him, "promise me something?"

"Anything."

"Anything?"

"Sure."

"Okay. Promise me, then, that no matter what happens, no matter how many things we have to deal with... no matter how much we worry about anything... that we'll still find times when it's just you and me? Yeah? No solving the mysteries of the universe, space and time, no solving others, not even anything related to the kids... just time when we're just here for ourselves... we'll always find time and space for our strawberry day."

Five nodded his head and looked at her lovingly, "that sounds like the perfect plan... so... I promise, definitely."

Lila smiled and hugged him again and they continued their dance.
