Fury, resentment, and a deep sense of betrayal surged through him as he marched toward her room, each step echoing his turmoil.

"Asif Beta?" Hassan, walking in the same direction saw him and walked over to him

[ Asif Son? ]

"Beta, kidhr ja rahay ho?" He asked again

[ Son, where are you going? ]

"Amna ke paas." The rage and anger was visible in his tone.

[ To Amna. ]

"Magar Asif-" His words were cut off as Asif burst through the Bridal room.

[ But Asif- ]

His eyes locked with Amna's, but the connection was a stark contrast: her soft gaze radiated calm, while his burned with a mix of questioning and rage.

"Asif?" Suleman questioned.

Just after Asif, Azlaan stepped in, sensing the urgency in his hurried strides toward Amna's room. His gaze flicked between Asif's ragged, furious eyes and Amna's shocked yet soft, knowing expression. A heavy tension hung in the air. What was happening?

Abd-ar Rahman stepped forward.

"Asif, khairiat, tum yahan? Abhi to Qari Sahab bhi nahi aye..." His hand rested on Asif's tensed shoulder.

[ Asif, is everything okay? Are you here? Even the Mr. Qari is not here... ]

"Pata hai." His tone was firm and held a lot in it which was beyond understanding.

[ I know. ]

"Mujhe Amna se Kuch baat Karni hai." He spoke again, stepping forward.

[ I want to talk to Amna. ]

"Han, karo." Abd-ar Rahman stepped aside as Asif took one step closer

[ Yes, do. ]

"Aur kitne Aashiq Paal rakhay hain?" His words stung. Even though he waited for a while before saying those words... They still stung and went straight through her heart like a sharp dagger.

[ How many other lovers are you keeping? ]

"Asif!?" Suleman's stern voice boomed inside the room, gaining his attention.

"Ye Kya bakwas kar rahay ho?" Suleman asked as Asif turned to face him. Humna Begum stood beside Amna, holding her shoulders to support her.

[ What bullshit are you talking about? ]

"Bakwas nahi hai ye, Suleman Sahab. Sach hi to hai." His gaze shifted back to her.

[ It's not bullshit, Mr. Suleman. It is true. ]

"Sharif khandanon ki betiyaan aisi hoti hain, mujhe nahi pata tha." His words held a bitter edge—a question in his mind but he chose to spit venom.

[ The daughters of respectful families are like this, I didn't know. ]

"Asif... Soch samajh kar bolo." Abd-ar Rahman warned.

[ Asif... Think before you speak. ]

"Soch samajh kar Kya Bolna hai? Aye the in ke Aashiq mere ghar. Saray qissay suna kar gaye hain." The sarcasm dripping from his voice, the bitterness so bitter that the one speaking such would spit it out yet he continued.
