When I look into the past
I see fragments of what I've lost.
And with the sweet phantom pain
In my place I remain.
And I peep into the future
The sweetness fades. All I see is me.. a new version it seems
But the fragments?
They fade.
They fade... and fade and then fade away.I don't like the future.
I like the phantom grey.
I like it's painful sweetness.
Maybe just one more day.I would let the fragments hurt me
Torment me,
Leave me frail.I would let your ghosts haunt me,
And leave me derailed.
I would like to witness your fragments
Let them consume me everyday.
Than let you fade away.
Or as a lover I've failed.Hurt is beautiful when it's you,
Pain is sweet because it's you,
Love is you,
Life is you,
Living with you..
Was never possible
So I've settled for the fragments of You.
