DEFAULT - jobe bellingham

CHAPTER 6

MR. BELLINGHAM APPROACHED ME with open arms. I greeted the man with a hug and pulled away a couple of seconds ago.

- How was your travel? - He asked.

- Great! A little tiering but overall i can't complain. - I replied and a nervous laugh followed right after.

- That's why we should all go home, hm? Right dad? - Jobe suggested as walking over to the door and opening it for me to get in.

I smiled to the guy and sat in the backseat. Jobe got in the passenger's seat with his dad getting in the driver's seat. We arrived at the house in fifteen minutes.

When i got out of the car i could see a nice big house in front of me. The driveway was clean and so was the garden and grass.

- Let's go inside. It's quite cold. - Jobe's dad suggested as he went ahead and unlocked the entrance.

I followed right after with Jobe behind me with my suitcase. When we walked inside i could see a lot of space. My mouth nearly fell to the ground.

Levi and I's home wasn't the smallest but still very different from Jobe's. Huge staircase on the left and a living room just in front of me.

I could see the dining room on the right as well as a kitchen. I assumed that one of the doors on the left were leading into a bathroom and the garage.

- This is amusing. Wow! - I expressed as glancing around the house.

- Glad you like it. - Jobe replied as lining up with me. - I'll show you, your room yeah?

- Lead the way. - I answered with a grin.

The two of us went upstairs and turned right. My room was in front of Jobe's. Not too far which i definitely appreciated. When we came inside i was shocked yet again.

The room was bright and in the center of it there was a huge bed. I flopped on top of it and inhaled the beautiful smell of fresh sheets.

- I'll leave you alone for now. Come downstairs in a bit, we'll eat some dinner. - Jobe announced as leaving the room and closing the doors behind.

I got up from the bed and walked up to the other doors in my bedroom. I opened them and saw my very own bathroom. I was excited big time now.

I came back to the main room and went to my suitcase, placing it on the ground and opening. I took out a pair of black leggings and changed into them.

I took off my hoodie and wore a black long sleeve shirt which was loose on me. Then i took out my phone and sent a text to Levi that i've arrived safe and sound.

After that i walked downstairs and to the kitchen from which all of the noises were coming from. I was greeted by Jobe and his dad.

- What would you like to eat? Maybe a drink? - His dad asked warmly.

- A tea would be perfect. - I requested nicely and sat beside Jobe by the table.

- How do you find it so far? - He inquired as sipping on some sort of a juice.

- Better than London, that's for sure. - I joked, making the guy laugh out loud. - Even the weather is less moody for some reason.

- That's true. I can't wait to show you the town tomorrow. Really. - He admitted with a visible grin on his face.

- Oh i'm sure you are. - I teased as his dad placed a mug in front of me. - Thank you very much. - I thanked with a smile.

- You're welcome. I heard a lot about you. - Jobe's dad acknowledged, making Jobe sigh.

I chuckled at his confession. Jobe talked about me at home. That was sweet. I took a sip of the tea and leaned back in my chair.

- Will i get a free jersey with your number? - I asked as looking at Jobe.

- If you want? I can get you one tomorrow, after the training. - He replied.

- Wait can i come with you and watch? I'll get bored home. - I claimed. - No offence. - I apologised as looking at Jobe's dad.

The man shook his head and left the kitchen with a plate full of food. I forgot how nice he actually was. I missed spending hours with Jobe's family.

- 9 am you're up then. - Jobe answered, making me nearly jump in excitement.

I woke up extra early the next day, not wanting to be late or anything. I took a quick shower and straightened my hair. Then i went to my suitcase and picked out an outfit.

Of course i wore my favorite shoes which were converses, paired them up with black pants and an oversized black sweater which was ideal for the weather today.

It was quite gloomy outside today, but not cold enough for me to wear a jacket. I put my hair behind my ears and hid my phone in a small black purse.

I went downstairs and saw the two Bellinghams already sat and eating some breakfast which probably Jobe's dad prepared.

- Good morning. - I greeted them and sat down by the table.

I placed a toast on my plate as well as some of the scrambled eggs. I poured some orange juice in my glass and took a sip.

- You look good. - I heard Jobe whisper in my ear as leaning over.

I couldn't hide a smirk that appeared on my face after hearing his words. That was the plan. I wanted to impress him as much as i could, but before i had to tease him a little.

- Do you think your teammates will like it just as much as you. - I whispered back and bit my lip.

I could see that Jobe's expressions changed. He was jealous. I couldn't help but let out a quiet chuckle that only he could hear.

- So funny. - He replied quietly and stood up from the table. - When you finish we'll leave.

I was amused by how fast the two of them ate their breakfasts. I quickly finished my meal and soon after we were sitting in the car and on our way to the training ground.

Today could either be one of the best days of my life or take a turn for the worse and completely ruin the whole trip.
