NOW

I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS SEEING. Isa had already moved on and i didn't even get the chance to talk to her. I decided not to think of it much and instead just block her socials in act of protection.

The memories of her and i as children were constantly repeating in my mind ever since it came out that she was the girl that i was really close with before leaving. I felt so stupid for not noticing it earlier.

THEN

- Where are you? - I say as searching for the brunette girl i just met in the park. - Come on! You won.

- You're weak. - I hear a high pitched voice coming from above me.

- How did you get up there? - I furrow my eyebrows as i spot the girl sitting up on a tree.

- Magic. - She replies with a smile as beginning to get down.

When she finally makes it to the ground she looks at me with a grin and giggles. I think to myself that she's really pretty, but don't say it out loud. It would scare her.

- You hurt yourself. - I notice a small cut on her cheek.

I get out a small piece of tissue from my jacket and place it on the wound. She doesn't move an inch, instead she watches me carefully. I break eye contact as it gets too overwhelming.

- I need to go home now. I'll see you at school Jo. - She acknowledges as leaning towards me and placing a faint kiss on my cheek.

I watch her walk away with my cheeks warming up. Could it be that i was falling in love. But kid's don't know what love is, i'm bluffing. I go home and forget.

NOW

- Jobe, move your fat ass and hurry up! - Jude yelled angrily from downstairs.

I got up from my bed with a groan and slowly walk to my brother who is waiting at the end of the stairs with an angry face expression.

- You need to get your shit together fam. She's gone! - Jude snaps as punching my chest lightly.

- Do you want me to remind you what happened when Vic.

- Don't say her name out loud. - He warns me before i can finish my sentence.

I smirked victoriously and followed my brother outside, and then got in the car. We were going to this year's LV's show. My brother and i were dressed up familiar as always.

We got there in fifteen minutes and noticed a huge group of people which included other athletes and lots of paparazzi. Even after years of being in the public eye i still hated being photographed by them.

Jude and i then proceeded to walk over to the red carpet on which our pictures were taken. I looked to the side for a few seconds and caught a glimpse of someone familiar.

I turned again to make sure i wasn't hallucinating just to find out that i indeed saw her. Isabella was standing a couple of meters away from me, with Kenan holding her.
