Finn's pov

I walked into the choir room, ready for regionals. Regionals were in Ohio this year and we were leaving today.

Rachel was sitting in her usual spot, talking to Kurt, Blaine, and Mercedes about a broadway show. I sat next to her and kissed her cheek.

Me- hi beautiful
Her face turned bright red

Rachel- hi

Mr. Shue walked into the room, a huge smile plastered on his face.

Mr. Shue- alright guys! Regionals!

We all cheered and clapped, some of us even jumped up and down. (Rachel and Kurt.)

We got onto the bus and were on our way.

Regionals

Rachel's pov

I hopped out of the bus, Finn close behind me.

We raced into the green room, we were performing first.

Mr. Shue- alright, show circle!

Everyone stood in a circle, finger interlocked.

Mr. Shue- alright guys, I want you to try your best, but I think you guys can win this thing.

We all laughed.

Everyone- ahhhhmazing!

We walked onto the stage. Everyone stood on the steps, Finn and I in the front.
The music to just can't stop loving you began to play.

[Finn:]

Then we all sang here's to us.

After our performance we ran off stage and into the audience. I sat next to Finn and watched the other schools.

After all the other groups preformed, the judges went into a room and decided on the winner.

An hour later the judges had a decision, and all the groups were called onto the stage.

Judge- alright, in third place... Oral intensity!

The oral intensity kids jumped up and down with joy, I don't know why though, it's third place.

Judge- alright in second place... Vocal adrenaline. That means that first place goes to the new directions!

Everyone jumped and screamed.
I glanced over at Jessie. He left the new directions after Finn and I got back together. Jessie had a look of pure anger on his face.

Finn and I were walking back to the bus, and we were stopped by Jessie.

Jessie- congratulations, losers. You don't stand a chance against the fierce competition at nationals. Good luck, you'll need it.

Fin and I walked back to the bus, smiling big and laughing.
