"My name's Mingyu by the way." Mingyu informed the man in front of him who simply rolled his eyes before walking away.
"Don't worry! I'll make you mine!" Mingyu shouted before remembering he was in public. He quickly covered his face and rushed out...
"Are we supposed to get him any gifts?" Seokmin asked as Minghao placed a gift bag on the counter. He had gotten Jun another gift to add to his former.
"Well, you could but you don't have to." Minghao responded to Seokmin who contemplated what gift to buy as he walked to the bathroom.
"Who did you go out with?" Mingyu asked, his whole body sprawled across the couch while some random movie from the 2000s played on the TV.
"Hoshi hyung, the one I said likes tigers, his boyfriend Jihoon hyung and Jun's other roommate... Wonwoo hyung." Minghao waited to see any form of reaction from Mingyu after his reply.
"That's a hot name." Mingyu pointed out and Minghao giggled. "Just wait until you see him... again." He murmured the last part on purpose so Mingyu wouldn't hear.
Minghao may have been wrong but he had already connected all the dots in his head and had concluded that Wonwoo was in fact, Mingyu's mystery man, he just needed to confirm that at the party then he would let the chaos ensue.

Wonwoo woke up once his alarm started to ring, he normally didn't use alarms but today was a special day, it was Jun's birthday!
Wonwoo stopped his alarm before calling Jihoon who picked up on the second ring. "When do I bring him? Cause he has a 2pm class." Wonwoo looked at the clock on his wall. It was 11am already.
"When he gets back from the class, just say we want to have a little get together for him, that's all - oh this is Hoshi! Hi Wonwoo! Make sure to treat him like it's his birthay but like you have nothing planned!" Wonwoo took in the information before ending the call.
He hated doing everything that required him to hide his true emotions yet he was a theatre arts major, sometimes he surprised himself.
Wonwoo got up from bed and sauntered into the living room where he found Jun eating a bowl of cereal.
"Wonwoo! Come taste this!" Jun called Wonwoo who began to walk towards the boy. "This is my new recipe, taste it!" Jun exclaimed taking a spoon of what Wonwoo had guessed was cereal but after seeing the bowl wasn't so sure.
Wonwoo didn't want to take a bite but it was Jun's birthday after all. He opened his mouth a little just in time for Jun to push the spoon through the opening.
Wonwoo chewed on whatever he'd just been given before instantly going to the bathroom. "Are you throwing it out?" Jun asked in a solemn tone that was obviously fake. It was the same tone he used when he tried to fool Wonwoo.
"What the fuck did you just feed me Moon Junhui?!" Wonwoo cried out which made Jun burst into laughter Wonwoo could hear even in the bathroom as he aggressively brushed his teeth.
"Thank you for being the first taste tester of my spicy banana cereal!" Jun exclaimed and Wonwoo simply shook his head in utter astonishment. He had a tendency to forget how crazy his roommates really were.
"I'm off now!" Jun informed Wonwoo who quickly looked at his phone to check the time. 11:06.
"When are you getting home?" Wonwoo asked at the top of his voice after spitting out the toothpaste. "After my class so by like 3:30-ish... why are you asking?"
"Oh, we wanna have a little get together for your birthday just Hoshi, Jihoon and I... and you of course." Wonwoo lied through his teeth, he was getting better, not that him getting better was a good thing.
"Oh cool! You guys love me too much." Jun flattered himself and Wonwoo couldn't help but smile at his roommate who could be so cute at times. "Okay, don't get ahead of yourself." Wonwoo teased, rinsing his mouth.
"Whatever, I'm leaving, bye!" Jun yelled and a few seconds later, Wonwoo heard the door close and lock.
It was much easier to lie when the person you were lying to wasn't in front of you. Wonwoo cleaned his mouth and walked out of the bathroom. He also had a class by 1:30 meaning he would be back just in time to take Jun to Jihoon's room... which was just down the hallway.
He was excited for the party but he couldn't shake the feeling that the weirdo whose name he'd finally recalled would be there.
Not that him being there changed anything, it would just be... weird you know?
