Mingyu waited outside Wonwoo's lecture hall, he repeatedly looked at the time. 10 minutes and Wonwoo would be done with the semester.
Minghao had already left for the airport a few hours ago and Seokmin was already in his parent's house after leaving by 11 so it was just Mingyu left.
The term was officially ending tomorrow but all finals were ending today. Mingyu played with his fingers, counted sheep and sang songs until he saw people start to rush out of the hall.
He eagerly waited for Wonwoo and when he finally saw the beauty, the excitement thrusted his arms around Wonwoo stopping him in his tracks.
Mingyu only came to the realisation that he was actually hugging Wonwoo when he felt the beauty's hands on his back. Wonwoo was hugging him back.
After a few seconds of them in their own world, Mingyu let go. "Hi." He smiled at Wonwoo who for the first time, smiled back immediately. "Hi."
"You seem happy." Mingyu brought up as the two started to walk down the hall. "I think I passed!" Wonwoo cheered and Mingyu chuckled. He'd never seen Wonwoo this happy.
"I knew you would." Wonwoo's eyebrows raised. "Really?" He queried and Mingyu nodded. "Yeah."
"Thanks."
The two continued to talk as they walked to Wonwoo's dorm. Once they got there, Wonwoo noticed Mingyu's luggage under the coat rack.
"Are you staying here... again?" Wonwoo asked and Mingyu sat on the couch. "Yeah, if that's okay with you? ...Minghao and Seokmin have left for their break already."
Wonwoo shrugged also sitting down. "It's fine, I'll just sleep on the couch again." Mingyu shook his head. "No way." He retorted.
"I'll sleep on the couch." He told Wonwoo who also shook his head. "No I will."
"Wait! Jun hyung has left too then?" Mingyu questioned and Wonwoo nodded after remembering that Jun had indeed left for the airport with Minghao a few hours ago.
"Then I'll just stay in his room." Mingyu pointed to Jun's room and Wonwoo nodded, "Yeah, you can do that."
"Have you packed your things?" Mingyu asked and he saw Wonwoo's eyebrows go up. He definitely hadn't packed.
"Pack light things, one of my friends told me Jeju's really hot!" Mingyu informed the beauty who sprinted to his room to pack.
"I don't want to see anything black hyung!" He added, Wonwoo peeked his head out the door before raising a middle finger to Mingyu. "How dare you tell me that?" He asked before he closed the door and Mingyu chortled at the beauty's humour.
Mingyu got bored as he waited for Wonwoo to finish packing so he decided to cook. He opened the cabinets and brought out different vegetables. He wanted to make kimchi jjigae.
Mingyu put the pot on the stove and put some water in. But as he touched the handle, the heat seeped into his skin, burning his palm. The pot fell off the stove from Mingyu's sudden movement and Mingyu moved back as he cursed, "Fuck!"

"You dummy." Wonwoo held Mingyu's hand and applied the ointment. Mingyu hissed, pulling his hand back. "Sorry." He apologised and Mingyu sighed.
Wonwoo wrapped the bandage around Mingyu's palm before looking up at the boy who had already been watching him. Wonwoo blushed and focused on Mingyu's palm again.
"You'll be fine. It wasn't that serious of a burn." Wonwoo let go of Mingyu's hand even though he was still worried about the boy.
