"Your hair." Enzo stated as me and Pansy stepped into our group. I tried to smile.
"Yep." I replied. I'd taken a shower after my freak out, my hair had curled back up and looked even shorter.
"She did that?" Dray asked. I nodded.
"Well, she set it on fire. I cut it."
"She set you on fire?" Enzo asked angrily. I shrugged.
"Let's just go. You guys have a game to play."
"Do you have pants on?" Matty asked as he walked up. I lifted the jersey to show the biker shorts underneath. He huffed in response.
"I'm gonna go get Granger." Pansy told us. We all nodded. We all started to walk out after her. Enz grabbed my arm and held me back.
"Bug, are you okay?" He asked. I shrugged.
"My hair's gone, I cried for an hour earlier, and I don't know if I want to go through with this prank anymore. I'm numb, Enz." He nodded.
"Are you gonna tell your mom?" I shook my head.
"No way."
"You're just gonna tell her you cut your hair off, the hair you haven't let her touch in four years, and expect her to buy that?"
"It's my own battle. She'll try to fight it." He shrugged. He pulled my hand and stopped us from walking. I spun to face him.
"It's just hair, right?" I nodded. He'd told me that four years ago when I had to cut it because Dray stuck a piece of gum in it. I smiled.
"It grows back." I told him. He pressed his forehead to mine.
"And you look gorgeous either way." He told me. I laughed.
"You're an idiot."
"You love it." I wrapped my arms around the back of his neck and pulled him close while we both laughed. He ducked his head down, I watched his eyes flick from my lips to my eyes.
"You think too much." I told him as I crashed my lips to his. We pulled back after a moment and laughed.
"Are you guys coming?" Draco yelled back at us. I chuckled and grabbed his hand.
"You know if we win, you have to kiss me before every game? I'm incredibly superstitious." I threw my head back and laughed.
"I can manage that."

"Slytherin leads 20-10 as we round into our second time out of the game!" I announced. Rosie sat behind me keeping me company.
"You guys suck." She told me. I laughed. "I mean seriously, bringing me and Luna jerseys when you're playing our house? Rude."
"Thought you might like to rep." I shrugged as I pulled the sleeves of Enzo's jersey over my hands and shivered. She rolled her eyes.
"What happened to your hair, by the way?"
"I cut it." She hummed.
"Not like you."
"It was time for a change."
"It's cute." I smiled at her. We both watched as the teams huddled. Ravenclaw wanted the win, but we had them in a tight lead.
"Is Malfoy seeking?" She asked, I nodded. "Maybe we do have a chance."
"Oh fuck off." I joked.
"El!" I heard my name being called from below the announcers booth. I leaned over the edge to see the twins.
