Chapter Twenty-One

Unkown POV

WindClan territory, near the Moonpool

I padded next to all the cats sent here from Equestria. Why are we here?, I thought. There were only a few of us here, and Celestia called us via our dreams. I remember seeing her as a white cat with a splotch of gold on her chest, representing the sun.

The white cat next to me spoke. "Why in the world are we here? And why do I hear screeches and growls?", he asked.

The other cat who was here with us, a pinkish gray she-cat, put her tail on the white tom's back.

"Shining, I don't know. Let's just find Celestia and do what we can to help.", she replied calmly.

"Whatever you say, Cadance..", Shining muttered.

Cadance looked at me. "Sunset, why are you so quiet?", she asked.

I shook my head. "Oh, sorry, I was just thinking. Let's go.", I replied.

"No need.", a voice meowed from behind us. I turned to see the cat I recognized as Celestia.

"Celestia, why are we here?", Cadance asked.

Celestia looked at me and Shining, then turned her head to Cadance. "The Clans are in battle right now. Evil spirits, otherwise known as the Dark Forest, have claimed some of the Clan's cats and have waged war. StarClan is helping the Clans. And you should know that the villains from our world have come to help the Dark Forest as well."

Shining cocked his head. "What does that have to do with Equestria?"

"I'm afraid that once the Dark Forest is done here, they will go to Equestria and attempt to take over there.", Celestia replied.

"What are we supposed to do?", I asked.

"Go to Equestria, and bring plenty of help. You need to hurry, so move fast. Shining, get the guard. Cadance, do what you can.", Celestia ordered.

"What about me?", I asked.

Celestia looked me right in the eye. "Sunset Shimmer. I need you to find Twilight and her friends, and bring them to the Moonpool. These cats will help you,",she meowed, and waved her tail, signaling three cats. I could see some of the heather around us through them a bit, so I assumed they were StarClan cats.

One of the cats was a blue-gray she-cat, the second was a dark brown tabby, and the third was a fiery ginger tom.

"Greetings, Sunset Shimmer. I am Bluestar, and my friends here are Firestar and Bramblestar.", the blue-gray cat meowed, pointing her tail to the two toms.

I dipped my head to the three cats. "So, where do we go?"

Bramblestar spoke next. "The ShadowClan camp. Lionblaze told me earlier that they ran into three of the cats we're looking for. He told me they went to ThunderClan. Most likely, they'd go to ShadowClan."

I nodded. "Let's go, then."
