Far from the fighting, in Mondstadt, Venti would be seen playing a tune from his lyre in the Thousand Winds Temple. He sometimes enjoys his time there, but right now he was gonna meet someone. Someone he is close to, to some extent but estranged. Everything becomes frozen around him as he looks forward, a few feet from him is Kurumi with an annoyed look.
Kurumi: "Do you ever stop being a worthless brother?"
Venti: "That's a little harsh little sister, how's Mother?"
Kurumi: "...why should I answer you?"
Venti: " *sigh* Don't tell me you're still mad at me for what happened with Decarabian. It had to be done, for Freedom."
Kurumi: "Bullshit, Barbatos. He was my best friend and you killed him! You and those humans killed him even though he did nothing wrong!"
Venti: "But-"
Kurumi: "You're lucky I don't kill you. Because there would be an empty spot in The Seven and no one can fit the bill. Just because we have the same mother, doesn't mean we have to get along."
Venti: "But I just want us to be like the old times."

Suddenly her eyes go wide in fear as the wind blows violently at her, Venti was floating but his eyes were completely different than how they were.

Venti: "Stop acting like a damn baby, Kurumi. I can tolerate your tantrums to some extent, but this is going too far. Decarabian is dead, get that through your thick skull. Kurumi scoffs and disappears into her shadow, time resuming around him and his eyes turn to normal.
