Camellya, The Harlequin

Camellya is a young woman in her late teens and is someone of great mystery in the Fatui. Camellya was created by The Doctor using DNA from Arlecchino when she joined the ranks and leftover Archon Residue from ███████ ████ ████████████, granting Camellya god-like powers, but those powers never awakened, and she was cast away. But Arlecchino felt a connection to her and took her in, letting her join the House of the Hearth. Over time and countless training sessions, Camellya rose through the ranks of the Fatui and became the 10th Fatui Harbinger known as The Harlequin. Camellya is mostly close to Arlecchino and Il Capitano.
Camellya's Godly powers can only be awakened when she absorbs the ██████ Gnosis, allowing her to gain access to the same Authority of ██████ that ████████████ and ██████ have. In all honesty, Camellya was supposed to be a super bio-weapon for Dottore to kill Kunimitsu, but failed.
Camellya's power is similar to Arlecchino's, but instead of fire, it is more based on Dendro combined with the power of the Balemoon. Camellya was intrigued by Kunimitsu's actions throughout Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma and wanted to join him, even if it meant becoming an enemy of the Fatui. Arlecchino allowed her to leave the House of the Hearth the same way Tingyun did, letting her choose her own fate. She is close to Capitano, as he was her mentor in combat, and she sees him as a fatherly figure.
