Nia Honjou is the daughter of a deceased god who lived in Inazuma before its official name and a witch from the Hexenzirkel. Her main weapon of choice is her Catalyst, Rasiel, which allows her to see into the future and use it to her advantage. Her father, Beleth, was a god who lived alongside other deities in Inazuma with Raiden Makoto and Raiden Ei and was responsible for giving them foresight to the future of what is to happen next, giving himself the title God of Prescience. During the Archon War, Beleth was mortally wounded in battle by Osial and his wife and sealed himself from the fighting. He awakened 600 years ago, met the Mage, Nicole, and fell in love. Knowing the wounds he received were dire, he made peace with death, not before seeing his daughter being born. When the Cataclysm came, Nia was stolen from Nicole and subjected to cruel experiments by Vedrfolnir, one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah using abyssal powers and implanting draconic and dragon-like power that once belonged to the Electro Dragon Sovereign. Seeing as her power was not awakened, they discarded her, and she was found by the nuns in Mondstadt, who took her in and taught her their ways. When she awakened the power she inherited from her parents, she left Mondstadt searching for a purpose. She received her Anemo Vision a few years ago. When she found out about Kunimitsu and his friends' deeds in Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma, she made a new goal to become Kunimitsu's servant when he ascended to one of the divine thrones of Celestia.
Nia's power rivals that of most abyss creatures and she is on par with 3 Fatui Harbingers, such as Childe, Signora, and Pantalone. Nia can also access the abyssal power lingering inside her and combine it with her Archon Form, like Kunimitsu. In that form, she uses the power of the Abyss, but at the cost of her rationality and emotions.
