San Francisco, CA"Bestie.. your boo here." Lena peaked into Tiana's room to tell her, she shifted her eyes to the door to see Lena stepping aside to let Linds in. It being the first she'd seen the woman since her accident.
"Hey.." She spoke first while entering the room, Lena closing the door behind her. "Hey." Tiana replied back with slightly furrowed eyebrows, Lindsey sitting at the edge of the bed. "What's wrong?" She asked the woman, Lindsey shook her head.
"Nothing. How're you feeling?"
"I'm fine." She began to slide out of bed, Lindsey growing worried at the sight. "Where're you going?" She asked the woman, Tiana having to turn her full body to look at Linds, the woman glanced over at the bed at her neck brace. "Aren't you supposed to have that on?"
"I'm exercising my neck."
"Is that what the doctor said?"
"Yeah..?" Tiana replied while carefully making her way into the bathroom, Lindsey just sat at the edge of the bed and stared down at her feet while waiting for the woman to come out. Once she finally did, she made her way over to stand before Linds, their eyes meeting.
"Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yeah. You remember anything about what happened?" Lindsey changed the subject, Tiana frowning again before crossing her arms. "Tell me what's wrong with you."
"Nothings wrong..?"
"You acting weird as hell right now." Tiana told the woman while crossing her arms. "Nothings wrong, I'm fine. Really." She assured the woman with a small head nod. "Lindsey.." She sighed in irritation, Linds only dropped her head with a small sigh as well.
"So.. do you remember what happened?"
"Bits and pieces." She dryly mumbled while making her way around the bed, climbing back into it. "You feel like telling me what you remember?" Linds poked softly, glancing back to see Tiana frowning. "No, I want you to tell me what's on your mind—."
"—we can talk about that later, November." Lindsey sighed, she frowned even harder but eventually stopped since it was causing her some pain. "Girl.. if only my neck wasn't jacked up." She complained while frowning again slightly.
"I just wanna know if you remember anything."
"Why don't you ask Jordan?"
"I did, she's all wonky." She replied back with a shrug. "Then so am I." Tiana replied while rolling her eyes, grabbing her remote. "So you're really gonna do this right now?"
"You doing it." Tiana reminded her, she sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "So difficult." She mumbled underneath her breath while shaking her head, Tiana rolled her eyes again. "Jordan said there was a guy chasing you.. is that right?" Lindsey asked her, Tiana slightly turned her neck as far as she could at the time before holding it for a second, ignoring the pain.
"How long is your break?" She asked instead, Lindsey glancing back at her with a blank face. "An hour." She mumbled a reply, Tiana turning her head back straight. "Can you tell me what's wrong with you so I don't have to sit here and think about it for the rest of the day?"
