So I wanted to make this for myself and others.
Some days are hard. Getting out of bed, brushing your teeth, eating right... it's a lot to handle.
Even though the human species has gone through a lot, something so simple as food has become so complex.
Like when I sit down to read a book but then get distracted by finding the right music to listen to.
It's distracting and can be disheartening.Whether you have physical or mental issues, they get in the way. Society has changed and it makes it hard to take care of yourself 😔
So let's do this together!

Here's my own routine
(Let's see how long I can keep this up 😅)
[These are what I can work on and the '*' are the important ones for me right now]This is me being vulnerable ❤️🩹
• Get enough sleep.
(Usually I get 6-10 hours 😂
but I know y'all lacking.)• Brush teeth at least twice a day. *
• Eat at least one piece of fruit or veggie. *
• Limit skin picking. (This one is hard to do) *
• Drink two or more bottles of water.
• Write, read, or anything else creative.
• Talk to someone daily or write if there's no one to talk to at the moment. (Online friends are important but irl friends/family/pets are closer and may or may not be better for some)
• Try to get at least an hour of outside time once or more a week. (Start small) *
• Keep your body moving. (Simple daily stretches)
• Slowly organize and clean room.
• Remember that you are human. You are special. And "Everything is within my calculations" -Technoblade

Honestly, this feels like a lot and can be stressful. But breaking it down into small parts can help.
