My expression hardens, turning serious as Goku becomes confused. "Kakarot? I'm Goku, you have the wrong person, why would I ever destroy the planet?" Goku questions, unaware of the truth.
He sees the tail, but doesn't comment on it. He knows he can't risk anything right now. Krillin walks forward, confident and arrogant. "You heard him, you got the wrong guy! Time to go. Shoo! Nothing, huh? I'll have to make you then." Krillin threatens with a nonchalant expression, before the tail moves quicker than Krillin can counter. Raditz slams Krillin into Kame House almost with his tail, but I catch him before he can smack into it. "...I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with this. I wanted a bit of peace for once, but peace never lasts here. Goku, listen to what he has to say before I decide to wipe the floor with him." I directly tell Goku, not talking to anyone else. My expression is hardened and serious. Goku knows not to mess with it, so nods. Raditz looks between me and Goku, nervous.
"Kakarot, you're a Saiyan, part of a mighty race of warriors. You've clearly lost your memory, so allow me to remind you of who I am. I'm Raditz, and I'm your BROTHER!" Raditz declares, definitely not done talking about this like its a PowerPoint on Saiyan History. Goku looks to me for proof of a lie, but I shake my head. He isn't lying. Raditz continues. "Our home world, Planet Vegeta, was wiped out by a meteorite and there's only 5 of us left. You, myself, Nappa, and Prince Vegeta." I take a moment to realise something. Raditz didn't go this into detail in the original version of events. Something is wrong. Raditz continues anyway. "That 5th hasn't been found, and it's Vegeta's weakling brother, Tarble. I come here to offer you a chance. Join us, Kakarot. We'll kill everyone on this planet and sell it!" My expression hardens entirely into a glare. I continue watching still. Goku becomes angry.
"I refuse. I'm not going to kill my friends and innocent people, Raditz! Leave!" Goku demands, angry to a level that even slightly concerns me. Raditz simply smirks, noticing Gohan has a tail. Raditz knees Goku, winding him. He then takes Gohan, rising into the sky.
"Then how about this? Kill 100 people by tomorrow, or I take your son instead of you!" Raditz shouts down, flying away with Gohan. I don't intervene, looking at Goku.
"I can't intervene here. I told you the truth of what I am, and I don't want to mess this part of the timeline up." I tell Goku, worried. Luckily, Piccolo is there, having heard everything, proposing an alliance to beat Raditz.
"If he really is your brother, then he'll probably have the same freak potential you have to adapt during battle." Piccolo states coldly, knowing how this has to end. He's been working on a new technique. One to kill Goku with. I know what it is, but I don't want to say anything. I simply fly away to the Lookout, fulfilling the request from King Kai at last, knowing Goku will be coming too once he kicks the bucket in this fight. It is sad, but I know it has to happen. Landing on the Lookout, I simply nod at Kami. He grabs me and teleports to the Otherworld Check-in station. I've prepared ahead of time, stocking up on Senzu Beans for several months of training so King Kai doesn't need to feed me constantly. One is enough for ten days, so 40 is enough for the year and then some. Good thing I stopped Yajirobe from eating them all. I nod at King Yemma, who simply points to Snake Way.
"Get across that on foot, you're at King Kai's planet." Yemma says without much real reaction to my presence, he's probably been aware of me for a while now. With a simple bow and nod, I sprint to Snake Way, climbing on and starting my run without holding back any power. I know Princess Snake lives on this path, so she's definitely going to be an issue. I didn't pay much attention to the filler here, so I won't know what her building looks like. That, unknowingly to me, will come to bite me in the belt real soon.
