Adorable New Agents, Bio-Android Clash

"So, you're saying that you want to keep the kittens and their mother?" Jaco questions, confused as to why I'm a human climbing post for a family of kittens, while the mother cat sits on my head.
"Yes. I would like to look after them with my family." I respond, affirmative and acknowledging of the risks in my tone. Merus, who is currently distracting one of the kittens with a cat laser, smiles as the kitten chases the laser.
"I think it'll help morale, Jaco. We should definitely do this." Merus adds on, just enjoying himself as the kitten he's distracting looks at him, seeing where the laser comes from as it watches with fascination. Merus smiles back. The kitten meows with curiously. Jaco sighs, relenting because of how adorable the kittens are.
"Fine. I'll let them stay, see how things go. If things don't work, they'll always have a home on earth." Jaco replies, finally giving up on resisting. The mother cat hops over to Jaco, getting herself comfortable and sitting on his head as she smiles, meowing with a happy tone.

1 year and a few months later, Cell Games Arena.

Goku and Cell clash against each other in flashes of golden light, the arena destroyed as Cell pushes him back with a barrage of ki blasts. Lightning crackles from Goku as he struggles, even with Super Saiyan 2. As Cell charges a massive blast above, Goku becomes worried. Cell cackled menacingly above
"This is the fight I've been looking for, Son Goku! Entertain me further, Saiyan!" Cell shouts in delight, cackling out with excitement. He then appears in front of Goku, firing it as he appears with instant transmission. Another instant transmission rings off as soon as the blast is fired, then ringing off near Vegeta. The blast and the ensuing explosion eventually clear up, and Cell turns to see who dares show up stronger than him. His eyes widen in shock. "No, you shouldn't be here! How are you here?!"
"Hello, Cell. It seems things went to shit while I was gone, huh?" I comment, calm and collected. Mr. Satan looks on in confusion as I hop down to the camera crew, using Piccolo's item creation technique to fix the camera so the video doesn't distort, then turning to face Cell as the world watches.
"Damn you, William! You're in the way of my grand battle against Goku!" Cell shouts in anger, powering up to his maximum. I don't react, however, simply transforming into Primal Cat for the world to see. My long white hair blows in the wind as my red eyes dilate in focus on Cell. Red lightning dances around my clear white aura. My silence speaks a thousand words. Cell is going to die here. Broly is still out there, and I know this'll draw him in, so making this fast is my priority.

New Planet Vegeta...

Z Broly, having gone berserk on his own, lets off a manic grin and cackle as Paragus cowers away in fear.
"Such an impressive power...I'll fight this power myself! AHAHAHAHAHA!" Broly roars, laughing his absolutely devilish ass off as he slowly turns towards Paragus, who struggles to reign him in with the control crown on Broly's head, as it suddenly snaps off.
"S-Son, let's calm down. I can go with you. You don't need to do this. Maybe Vegeta is even there, you can kill him!" Paragus pleads, genuinely scared as Broly grins with pure malice.

Cell Games...

Cell gets sent flying, forcibly reverted to his imperfect form as 17 and 18 lay unconscious. I teleport over to Android 16, using Krillin's ki signature to go over. I set down them both with 16.
"Thank you." 16 states, calm but glad. I nod and close in on Imperfect Cell immediately, placing a hand close to his face.
"You don't get to return from a single cell this time." I tell the Imperfect being, Cell becoming confused.
"What do you-?" Cell questions, before being completely silenced in a sudden large wave of ki, destroying Cell in his entirety. Once Cell is dead, I let the blast fade. I turn around and look to the sky.
"Broly, when will we fight? When will you come for me?" I question out loud to myself, wondering when Broly will come after me. I then turn to the camera. "Hello, world. I am William John Harold Carter-Tindale, and I am an Elite Galactic Patroller. I also work at a pet adoption centre on this planet, using a multiform clone to maintain business there until now. The Galactic Patrol will help clean up the damage caused by Cell, I've already called in rebuilding the cities destroyed once it's over. Your world will be safe, and you're always welcome to join the Patrol." I then teleport away.
For the next months, the Galactic Patrol suddenly gets a huge recruit boost from Earth as humans start joining for different reasons, but all for a good reason. At the same time, during this, my hunt for Broly finally draws results. I find him floating around South Galaxy, bringing back some bad memories. Not wasting time and ignoring how people are questioning what I'm doing, I get a space suit and rush into my ship, closing it up and blasting off alone. Nobody can stop me here because I know what this means.
