The time I was fused with my cat and sent into the Dragon Ball world

Future history, Part 1

Hi. I'm not the William you're familair with. I'm from the future. One that you're all very familiar with. My story...begins after Frieza was defeated. After Goku defeated Frieza on Namek, not letting him live this time, I went with him to Yardrat. We learnt together, and I stayed for a full 2 years to learn everything I could. When I felt something wrong, I returned.
"Chi-Chi, you mean to say Goku is bedridden and in pain?!" I ask her, deeply concerned. She nods in a worried shift of movements. I quickly fly around the planet, using Kaioken Times 20 for extra speed. Gathering the Dragon Balls in a panic, I find an empty spot.
"Come forth Shenron, and grant my wish!" The Dragon Balls glow. Shenron emerges as the blue skies darken. The light clears to reveal the Eternal Dragon. This is my third time seeing him, making me somewhat surprised still.
"STATE YOUR WISH..." Shenron bellows, making me somewhat relieved.
"Cure Son Goku of the Heart Virus. That is my wish. If you can, please grant the wish." I request of Shenron, nervous. This is turning out like Trunks' future. There's a moment of silence before Shenrons eyes glow, then stop glowing.
"YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED...FAREWELL..." With a bellow and roar, Shenron disappears, and the Dragon Balls scatter. Relaxing, I teleport back to Goku, seeing he's recovered. Not even wasting time, I grab him and Gohan, use instant transmission to teleport to Kami, who nods in acknowledgement.
"Woah, what's going on?" Goku questions, confused. Gohan is also confused.
"No time, we're training. I'm dragging you both into the Time Chamber, breaking you both past the Super Saiyan wall." I state in a stern and cold tone, not willing to compromise. Using my King Kai training and being around Kami, I use something I haven't tried. Transferring information. It's limited, but I'm able to show them what lies beyond Super Saiyan, and how to reach it, but it's Super Saiyan 2 at best with how limited it is. I open the door, throw them in the Chamber, slam the door shut, locking it. Those two aren't coming out until they've spent a year in there. I teleport away, back to Yardrat, to finish my training. I know what's coming, but I don't feel ready.
