New Addition(Part 1)

*Lauren's POV*

"Mommy"My 1 year old daughter Kaitlyn said to me with a frown on her face.

"What's wrong sweetie?"I ask concerned.

"Momma been sleeping for a wong time she won't pway wit me mommy,does momma wove me?"

"Oh sweetie"I say pulling her into a hug"Momma's just tired,that's all she's been working a lot"

"Now come on baby put your shoes on so we can go see grandma,grandpa and your aunt and uncle okay?"

She nods excitedly.

*At the doctors office*

I dropped Kai off at my mom and dad's so I could go to the doctor I've been feeling kind of weird lately like,I'm out of place.

"Mrs.Jauregui?"the nurse calls out into the lobby as I stand up and follow behind her into the doctors office.

"Hello Lauren how's everything?"Dr.Malik asks me.

"Not so good,but I've been hanging in there"I say I lay on the check up table thats in the middle of the room next to all the machines.

"Why not?,What's going on?"

"Well Y/N's been working a lot lately and it's leaving just me and Kai around,we just miss her is all"

"Well I'm sure things will get better"

"I hope they do Zayn"

"So now what brings you into my office are you feeling sick in anyway?"

"I've just been uncomfortable it's a weird feeling,that I can't quite explain""I have been feeling very dizzy lately also lightheaded,I've also been crying a lot"I say chuckling as Zayn also laughs"Yeah"

"Mmm seems like that last one comes with the package of being a woman"he says as he points his finger at me playfully.

"But I just can't shake the thought,that something's wrong I have this feeling in my gut"

"Well lets take some tests"he says as he stands up and I hold my hand out he grabs my arms and reaches over with his other free hand grabbing a tube and a butterfly.He sticks the butterfly into my arm after finding a vein and fills the tube up more like 2 tubes but whatever is needed.

"Okay so before you go Lauren I need to ask you a question"

I nod letting him know to proceed.

"When was the last time you had sex?"

I raise my eyebrows in surprise at how blunt he was.

"Ummm,about a month ago"

"Really,are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure why wouldn't I be?"

"Can I?"He asks motioning toward my stomach and I nod he lifts my shirt a little to get access to my stomach and pokes it lightly with the tip of his fingers as he makes a weird face.

"What's wrong?"I ask worried

"Just...I need you to come back in 2 weeks Lauren so I'll have an appointment ready for you"

"Zayn what's wrong?"

"Nothing,I'll provide you with some medication it should help with the lightheaded and dizzy feeling.""And don't forget to come back"

"Yeah....okay."

"And tell Y/N she has to come in for a check-up,she hasn't been here in almost 2 years something could be wrong and she wouldn't even know it."
