"Lauren...I'm tired."I whine rolling over on my stomach face in the pillow muffling my words"And it's I turn my head to look at the digital clock."4am"

I cut her off"Fine...damn I'll go."I climb out of bed picking up my sweatpants off the floor throwing them on and some slip on vans.I just settle with the tank top I'm wearing 4 am in Miami isn't so bad.

*At Walmart*

I walk through the doors strolling around not knowing where exactly to go.I finally spot where I'm supposed to be.I look at the shelves up and down multiple times."what the fuck"I mumble."Only Lauren."I sigh.

All these boxes of tampons.Which am I supposed to choose.I settle with getting 2 boxes the regular and 'heavy'.

I turn on my heels seeing how strategically this store places there items.The heating pads just what I need.I grab a random box and walk to the checkout.

*Back at home*

I go into the bedroom to see Lauren curled up under the covers groaning.I throw the bag on to the bed and rush to her side.

"Babe"I whisper."Lauren...I got your stuff."I coo.

She sits up wincing at the pain I assume and ruffles through the bag taking out the heating pad and practically tearing open the box lifting up her shirt a bit and wrapping the pad around her waist sighing in content.She sits her back against the head board closing her eyes.

*2 days later*

I shake my head sighing plopping onto the couch.

*4 hours later*

Lauren hasn't come out of the room in hours it's almost midnight and I don't want to upset her even more so I guess I'll just sleep on the couch tonight.I slip off my jeans and shirt leaving me in my boxers and sports bra with my socks on.I change the channel to Nick my eyes lighting up see SpongeBob on.I lay on my back my head on the arm of the couch and my feet reaching the opposite side.I hear the floor creaking and small footsteps.I look up to see Lauren peeking around the corner the Tv giving her face a little light.

"I can't sleep."she whispers her voice cracking a in the middle of her sentence.

"Come here."I say with my arms open for her as she walks toward me in one of my big baggy shirts.She climbs on top of me her face in my neck her arm around my waist.I kiss the top of her head turning back toward the TV.

A few minutes go by until Lauren speaks up"Babe...I'm sorry I got so upset earlier.""It's just...I really would have liked to...do that with you but maybe tomorrow or the day after because it's not looking so good down there right now."

"What do you mean?"I ask confused.

"I'm still on my period."

I make an o shape with my mouth."I don't care if your on your period Lauren.I heard sex helps with cramps anyway."I smirk as she hits my chest making me wince."Damn...okay okay no need to abuse me."

"Even if it was I'd do it to stop you from being in pain."I say seriously as she looks me in my eyes.
