Double update 😍

After Pond mentioned that he was making porridge, Phuwin’s heart warmed. He felt so giddy inside, knowing that Pond didn’t know how to cook, yet for him, Pond was willing to take the risk and make the effort. It made Phuwin feel things he couldn’t quite put into words. He smiled softly, his eyes filled with affection, and said, “Thank you, Pond.”

Gemini, who had been frowning at Pond, was quickly pulled away by Phuwin. As they sat in the living room, Phuwin gently patted his brother’s arm and said, “Gem, don’t worry. Pond’s not going to hurt me. Actually, I have a fever… but I didn’t tell him. He came here on his own and checked on me. He really cares about me.”

Gemini’s frown deepened, but Phuwin continued, his voice a bit quieter now. “We… like each other. We’re dating and seeing where it goes. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you sooner, but the company was handling an important project, and I just didn’t have the time.” Phuwin glanced at Pond in the kitchen with a soft smile, then turned back to Gemini, his expression more pleading now. “Please, don’t be hard on him. He’s such a baby, you know? He doesn’t know how to cook, but for me, he’s ready to do anything. So, please be nice to him, na?”

Gemini’s frown slowly faded as Phuwin gave him puppy eyes. He could never resist his brother’s cuteness. With a resigned sigh, Gemini finally relented. “Fine… alright. I’ll be nice,” he muttered, shaking his head. “But only because you’re giving me that look.”

Phuwin grinned in victory and nudged his brother playfully. “Thanks, Gem. I knew you’d understand.”

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Pond was standing amidst the chaos he had created, feeling worse by the minute. The vegetables were scattered, and the flour had left a white powdery trail on the countertop. He sighed, his heart sinking. “I’ve made such a mess… Phuwin’s sick, and I’ve made it worse.”

Just then, Phuwin, still looking pale and weak, came up behind him and gently wrapped his arms around Pond, resting his cheek on Pond’s shoulder. “Don’t feel bad, naa… You did amazing,” Phuwin whispered softly, his voice tired but full of warmth. “Thank you for coming here. You have no idea how much better I feel just seeing you.”

Pond turned around in Phuwin’s embrace, smiling slightly as his heart felt lighter. He pressed his forehead to Phuwin’s and said softly, “I was so worried when you didn’t pick up. I’m just glad you’re okay.”

Before they could share another tender moment, Gemini loudly cleared his throat, making both of them jump. “Ahem. Sorry to interrupt, but… what’s the plan now?”

Phuwin chuckled weakly, turning to Gemini. “Gem, don’t worry. Pond’s taking care of me. You don’t have to be suspicious.”

Gemini raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms, still a little skeptical, but he could see how much Pond cared for Phuwin. He gave a small sigh. “Alright. Fine. I’ll drop it… for now.”

Phuwin smiled, feeling relieved that Gemini was coming around. “Mm, Gem, come on, help Pond clean up the kitchen. I’ll make something to eat.”

Before Phuwin could take another step, both Pond and Gemini shouted in unison, “NO!”

Phuwin blinked in confusion. “What? What did I say?”

Pond quickly stepped forward, gently holding Phuwin by the shoulders. “Baby, you’re sick. Go back to bed and rest, okay? I’ll take care of everything.”

Gemini nodded in agreement, stepping closer. “Yeah, Phu, you need to rest. I’ll make the porridge. You’re not in any condition to be in the kitchen right now.”

Phuwin pouted a little, clearly not wanting to leave them alone, but he could tell he wasn’t going to win this argument. With a small, playful huff, he relented. “Fine, fine… you two win. But don’t make a bigger mess, okay?”

Both Pond and Gemini gave small, sheepish nods as Phuwin turned and made his way back upstairs to his room.
