Chapter 44 So can we be friends again?

Jon walked out the bathroom with wet hair and looked at me

"Don't ever do that again" he laughed while walking to his bags again

"It was worth the try" I said sitting next to his bags

"I'm gonna get you back,I hope you know" he said

After the long plane ride,Me,Joe and Jon headed to get something to eat.

After we got some food,we headed to the hotel to get some rest

"I'm dead tired" I said while popping on the bed

"Well go to sleep" Jon chuckled while Unpacking his bag

"But I need to unpack" I said

"I'll do it" he said

"No, its late already and you have a place to be tomorrow..." i trailed off while standing up "speaking of tomorrow,You go to sleep,You need it.I'll unpack your bags"

"No,I don't need sleep" he said

"Mhmm" I said bumping him to the side with my hip

"Are you sure?" He asked

"Positive" I said,he messed up my hair,went to go put his PJ's on and went to sleep

"OK,no way am I gonna stand up doing this" I mumbled to myself while moving the suitcase from the bed,on the floor

After about a couple of minutes,i was almost done when there was a knock at the door. I got up and opened it to Colby

I rolled my eyes and went to closed the door when he stopped it with his hand

"Colby,how did-"

"Can we talk please?" He asked

"How did you-"

"Please"

"Colby stop interrupting me!" I said in a loud whisper

"OK" he paused "can we talk?"

I hesitated to answer

"Fine" I said walking out the door and closing it while putting the lock in between the door and the wall so I don't get locked out

"How did you find me?" I asked him

"I um.." He trailed off while rubbing the back of his neck "I think that's something we don't need to worry about"

"...OK" I said

"I came over here because I want to be your friend again,I miss talking to you,Joe,and Jon" he said

"Why would I do that? All the rude things you've done. Colby I don't think so" I said crossing my arms

"Please,I'm practically begging at this point and if I have to I will. Everybody makes mistakes..yes mine was huge but I'm sorry,your clearly happy without me and I'm probably the last thing you would want to think about..heck you probably don't even want to think about me and I get that" He said

"Mhm" I said messing with a string on my shirt

"I just want my friends back and I ruined that just because I though I had a chance with Renee..that slut,she just wanted to use me so she could hurt you which clearly didn't work"

"Mhm" I said continuing to fiddle with the string on my shirt

"Sarah,I'm sorry for my actions,for Renee's actions,everything.Please" he begged

"You done now?" I asked while putting my hands in my jeans pockets

"Were you even listening?" He asked

"Probably not,you said you wanted to talk,you never said you wanted me to listen" I said rocking back and forth

"Well this time I'm gonna talk and your gonna listen...what's up? Talk to me please,what's the main reason that you hate my guts?" He asked

"Well first of all you dated Renee,why? and the things she did to me...you did to me,she changed you Colbs and I'm not liking the new you.." I said

"I'm sorry..to be honest me and Renee never dated,she used me for sex and to make you upset..I never really was living happy either,I don't even know why I decided to stay with her,it's just since Leighla and I broke up,I've been a mess but you never noticed..neither did anybody else" he paused making me feel a bit bad because I'm sure all he wanted was someone to love him

"You kissed me and I don't want to admit it but I knew you were the one for me..I'm sorry I shouldn't be telling you this...but the only reason I got with Renee in the first place was for two reasons..I'm just looking for someone to love me and two I was devastated when you and Jon got back together"

Awkward.

"Well Colby I want to help,I want to be your friend again,I want to talk to you but I can't..you took-"

Dammit if he inturrups me one more time..

"It was wrong for me to do this..as soon as I did I regreted it but it was already out of my hands in an instant. I took it off of her neck while she was sleep" he said confusing me,he reached in his back pocket

"Hold your hand out...please" he asked. I sighed and slowly heald it out

He had something hid in his hand..is it a bug I swear if it is-

"Here" he said giving me the thing and putting it in my hand,I brung my hand closer to me and surprise suprise it was the necklace Jon gave me. I started smiling and messed around with it.

"Thank you colbs..really" I said

"So,can we be friends again? I'm all alone" He chuckled while putting his hands in his pockets

"I'll think about it,I promise..and I'll let you know tomorrow" I said

"I'll call you OK?" He said

"Actually,I can't..I don't have a phone at this moment,just..um,I will come to you,promise" I said

"Thanks" he smiled while walking away. I walked back in the room,put the necklace on the nightstand and went to finish unpacking mine and Jon's bags..Remind me to never,ever agree to do this again.
