I sniffled for the last time as I opened the door to Brie's room.
My eyes were burning from crying and my Nose was stuffy. Not to mention the lovely headache that decided to pay another visit.
He's never loved you...
I slapped the room key down on the small counter as the door closed behind me and plopped on the couch, pulling a throw pillow towards me.
He just felt bad for you...
I squeezed the pillow, trying to push my thoughts at the back of my head and turned the TV on. Finding Cake Boss, I set the remote down and placed my chin on the small pillow that was in front of me.
He doesn't love...
I turned the TV up louder to try to block my thoughts. I smiled at the TV that showed a little girl being presented her birthday cake. I smiled wider as I was instantly reminded of JoJo.
He's just a bad man who doesn't love...
I frowned and turned the TV off. Why couldn't I just told Colby to fuck off in the elevator? Now I have to live knowing the ugly truth.
This is to surreal...there's no way that all the things Jon said to me weren't true.
But it all makes sense.
Why would he do that to me? If he felt bad for me then why make me feel worse? Colby was right, I was in a trance. God I'm such an idiot.
I was interrupted from my thoughts by Brie walking in. She smiled and set a pair of heals down.
"You alright?" She asked, tossing her jacket across the room.
"Yeah" I lied. Lets not bring up what had just happened ten minutes ago. I already spilled my personal business to two people and you know how that ended.
"Well, hope you're packed, we gotta be headed to the next city in an hour or so" she shrugged.
"Pretty much ready" I chuckled as she did the same.
*after ride to next city *
Its around eight and the show has started. Brie told me to wait in catering but I couldn't, not for three hours at least.
So, I got up and started walking around, of course getting lost in the process.
The little signs were no help, they just let me to random dead ends which started to anger me.
"Lost beautiful?" Someone asked from behind me. I turned around and saw a man who wore black sweatpants and a shirt that read 'DZ'
His blonde/black hair was put into a pony tail and was playing with a sweat band.
"Um, I guess you can say that" I mumbled walking towards him.
"Haven't seen you around? New here?" He asked
"Oh, no I'm just a friend of Brie's" I corrected as he nodded.
"Where you headed?" He asked as we started to walk
"I..I honesty don't know" I chuckled "Just walking around "
"Pretty and Adventurous..I like it" he chuckled also "The name's Nick...but here, I'm Dolph...but call me Nick, please"
I looked down at his hand and chuckled at his awkwardness.
"Sarah" I smiled, shaking his hand. I released and we continued to walk.
***
Despite me and Colby's argument earlier...and me and Jon's- Nick was really making me forget about it.
"Sadly, I gotta get going. Mind if I ask for your number?" He asked. I sighed and shook my head no.
"Don't have one at the moment...but wherever Brie is..I'm probably near. And don't take that as me being a stalker because I'm far from that" I ranted, causing Nick to chuckle
"I can work with that" He smiled, before walking off.
I watched as he walked off, questioning if I should trust him.
