Chapter 55 The Horrible Truth

We watched many different movies but I still couldn't help but think about Jon.

Whats gonna happen when the baby gets here? Will Jon have to go with her once it does? Does Jon want the baby?

I sighed and leaned back in my seat...it's nothing I can do about it, whatever goes, goes if I like it or not.

"You alright Sarah?" Brie asked, waking from the small counter with a bowl of popcorn.

"Yeah, just thinking" I said. She plopped down on the couch and set the bowl in between us.

"Hope you don't mind but in like thirty minutes I have to go meet Nikki at the arena for a photo shoot" Brie said taking some popcorn in her hands

"It's fine" I said, also taking some popcorn.

Brie had just left and I was left alone...which I was perfectly fine with considering I needed some time to think.

I still can't believe Jon did that..while he was with me. He could've stopped it..or said no.

This is all to much. I grabbed the half eaten popcorn bowl and stood up, setting the bowl on the small counter.

Whats a good way to clear your mind and just relax?

Go on a walk..

But first I need a shower...hope Brie doesn't mind...

After six minutes of searching for an extra room key, I left the room and headed for the elevator.

As I walked in, I watched the doors close until and hand stopped it.

"Mind if I join?" A mans voice asked. The doors opened all the way and saw Colby . I smiled that it wasn't Jon.

"Hey Colby" I said as he walked in, finally allowing the doors to close all the way.

"Why so down?" He asked, noticing my tone

"Its nothing" I said, placing my hands in the pockets of my hoodie.

"Sure it's nothing" he sarcastically said. I rolled my eyes and turned towards him.

"It's nothing you need to worry about Colbs" I said as the doors opened. I gladly walked out and headed for the door.

"What if I want to know?" He asked following me

"Don't you have somewhere to be?" I asked walking out of the lobby doors, greeted by the cold air.

"No but it seems like you do..where you headed?" He asked

"Just for a walk" I responded, zipping up my hoodie.

"Can I join?" He asked

"If you want..I'm not gonna do anything" I shrugged as the walk began

"Yes, actually I do" I said looking up at him then back to the sidewalk that was straight ahead.

"Please? I won't tell..promise" he said holding out his pinkie.

"I'll give you five bucks" he said
