In the middle of the night while I was sleeping peacefully on my bed, I heard Jane's voice speak out.
“Let's all gather for our prayer.” She said. “I would be coming to check on all rooms.”
I cleaned my eyes and sat up in the bed as I looked up.
“Chloe, are you awake?” I asked Chloe using the mind link.
I waited for some before Chloe responded.
“I just woke up now.” Chloe said.
“Let's go invisible.” We both said and laughed.
I spread a blanket on my bed and got up the bed. I closed my eyes and breathe in feeling relieved.
Minutes later, I heard Jane walk into my room. She switched on the light of my room and looked around but couldn't find me. She got up the bed and walked to the bathroom but didn't find me in there.
“I guess she has gone out to join the remaining children.” She said.
She was about leaving the room when she looked at the blanket which I had spread on the bed. Likewise, she walked to the bed and raised the blanket but didn't see me there. Furthermore, she dropped the blanket down and walked to the door.
Furthermore, she turned and looked at the room again before moving out of the room.
I decided to mind link Chloe.
“Chloe, are you there?” I asked Chloe through the mind link.
“Yes I am.” She replied.
“Have you been checked on.” I asked Chloe.
“Yes I have.” She said. “I am sure you've been checked.”
“Yes I have.” I said.
“We would remain invisible for the rest of the night.” Chloe said.
“Till the prayer ends.” I said.
“Yes.” Chloe said. “I think it would be better if we remain invisible until morning.” Chloe said.
“Alright.” I said.
“Goodnight.” Chloe said and I stared at the ceiling.
“Do you sleep while using your power?” I asked.
“Yes you can.” Chloe said.
“Alright.” I said. “Goodnight.”
We both put off our mind link and I went to my bed.
I laid on my bed and winked at the sky.
“Thank goodness Jane switched off the light bulb when leaving the room.” I said thoughtfully.
I laid on the bed and closed my eyes. Furthermore, I drifted into the dream world.

I woke up in the morning and saw Chloe sitting on my bed.
“You've finally woken up.” Chloe said.
I smiled and sat up the bed.
“Good morning, Chloe.” I greeted.
Chloe raised a hand up as I sat on the bed.
“You need to change from your invisible form to visible first, as someone can just come in and guess that I am speaking with a ghost.” Chloe said and I laughed.
I moved on the bed and shifted then closed my eyes and opened it.
“Now you are visible.” Chloe said and I smiled.
“Have you already had your bath?” I asked her.
“Yes I have.” She said and I jumped up from the bed.
I rushed to the bathroom and taken my bath before coming out to join Chloe.
“Wow you are so fast.” Chloe said smiling.
I looked at Chloe then smiled back.
I walked to my wardrobe and opened it. Furthermore, I pulled out a purple blouse with a burnt red trouser and put it on.
“Ready.” I said to Chloe who looked at me with a smile.
“Let's go.” She said and I held her hand.
We both walked to the breakfast table and took our sit beside each other.
“Why are you two late?” Jane asked.
“We slept late.” I said.
Jane looked at us and hit the table.
“I think you two have to stay away from one another from now henceforth. You need to get new friends.” Jane said.
“Last night Miss Jane advised us not to be late to the breakfast table.” A girl named Marshall said.
“Why didn't you yield to my instruction?” Jane asked, and I looked at Chloe who stared into the space.
Suddenly, I could hear some strange voice in my ears.
“You can control her. You can control her.” The voice said.
I looked at Jane who frowned at Chloe and me and angrily raised my head and pointed it to a girl then to Jane. The girl poured her soup all over Jane's body when I dropped my hand.
Chloe looked at me and smiled nodding her head while Jane looked at the girl.
“I'm sorry, Miss.” The girl said.
I stood up along with Chloe and walked to Jane with handkerchiefs.
“Sorry Jane.” We both said as we used the handkerchief to wipe some stains in her dress.
She looked at us and smiled while we used the handkerchiefs to wipe her dress.
“It's alright.” She said staining up then walked away.
I looked at Chloe and smiled. We both held our hands then went to have our sit.
“Chloe, I think Miss Jane is right. You shouldn't be staying together at all times.” A girl named Sandra said.
I looked at her then shook my head while Chloe looked at her angrily. Chloe raised her hands, then looked from Marshall to Sandra.
Marshall got up to her feet and slapped Sandra.
I looked at Chloe, who was smiling.
“Are you a witch?” A boy asked, seeing Chloe smile.
“I am not.” Chloe said, and he took a deep breath and looked away.
Minutes later, Jane came back to the table and gave us some advice before going to the next table.
I looked at Chloe, then we smiled before turning to our food.
We ate for some minutes before getting up the chair.
After eating, we got up the chair and carried her bags with us. We walked to the door of the building and walked out through it.
Getting out of the building, we both held our hands and smiled. We hopped until we got to our class where we went to sit at same place.
The teacher started teaching us for what looked like eternity but after an hour he finished what he was teaching.
