The first light of dawn crept through the curtains, casting a gentle glow in the Karasuno living room. Kageyama stirred, blinking awake at 6:30 AM. He sat up, stretching his arms overhead, feeling refreshed from a night filled with laughter and camaraderie.

Deciding to seize the early morning, he quietly slipped out of the cozy blanket pile and padded to the bathroom. After a quick shower, he grabbed a yogurt drink from the fridge—an unusual choice compared to his usual milk—but refreshing nonetheless.

Feeling energized, Kageyama laced up his running shoes and headed outside, the crisp morning air invigorating him as he began his jog. The streets were still quiet, the world waking up slowly around him. He focused on his breathing, pushing himself a bit more than usual, enjoying the solitude.

After a solid run, he returned home just as the sun fully rose, painting the sky in soft hues of orange and pink. He was still slightly out of breath but felt accomplished.

Once back in the kitchen, he decided to whip up a simple breakfast for himself. He poured another yogurt drink into a glass, prepared a couple of slices of toast, and savored the quiet of the house. It was peaceful, a stark contrast to the chaos of the previous night.

About an hour and a half later, Tsukishima stirred awake around 8:00 AM. Groggy but curious, he ventured into the kitchen, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "What are you doing up so early?" he asked, his voice raspy.

Kageyama turned, surprised but pleased to see him. "I went for a run and now I'm making pancakes for everyone. Want some?"

Tsukishima raised an eyebrow, taking in the sight of Kageyama in the bright morning light, looking surprisingly put-together. "You're such a morning person. It's alarming."

"Shut up," Kageyama replied, but he couldn't suppress a small smile. "I just wanted to get some exercise in."

"Did you eat breakfast?" Tsukishima asked

"I had a yogurt drink,"

"Is that all?"

"Yeah,"

"Did you eat after your shower?"

"No,"

"You better eat the pancakes then, you can't live off of only a yogurt drink"

"I know, but, I don't like pancakes that much,"

"Well you have to eat something,"

"I will, don't worry"

"I'm not worried,"

As Tsukishima grabbed a pancake, he took a seat at the kitchen counter. "So, what's the plan for today? You're not just going to hang out here all day, are you?"

"It's our day off. I thought we could do something fun, like go to an amusement park," Kageyama suggested.

"Amusement park, huh?" Tsukishima mused, chewing thoughtfully. "Sounds like a chaotic nightmare."

Kageyama chuckled. "You say that like it's a bad thing. It'll be fun, especially with the team."

Tsukishima shrugged, a slight smile breaking through his usual nonchalance. "Fine, fine. Count me in. Just don't expect me to scream on the rides."

"Not even a little?" Kageyama teased, knowing full well that Tsukishima's stoic facade would crack at least once.

"Not a chance," Tsukishima replied, but there was a twinkle in his eye.

As they chatted, the rest of the team began to wake up. By 9:00 AM, Tanaka and Nishinoya burst into the kitchen, still half-asleep but buzzing with energy.

"Did someone say amusement park?" Tanaka exclaimed, throwing his arms in the air. "Count me in!"

Nishinoya chimed in, "I hope there are roller coasters! I need that adrenaline rush!"

By 10:00 AM, everyone else trickled into the kitchen, excitement building as they discussed the day ahead. Hinata practically bounced off the walls, his enthusiasm infectious. "I want to ride the biggest coaster!"

"Just don't throw up on me," Tsukishima quipped, causing Kageyama to snicker.

Daichi, who had just poured himself a cup of coffee, looked around at the lively atmosphere. "Alright, let's make sure we have everything before we head out. Who's in charge of snacks?"

"Me!" Yamaguchi volunteered eagerly. "I'll grab some treats for the ride!"

The team quickly organized themselves, each member buzzing with anticipation. Kageyama felt a warmth spreading through him as he watched his teammates laugh and plan. This day was going to be something special, a perfect chance to strengthen the bonds they had built over the past few weeks.

As they prepared to leave, Kageyama couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging wash over him. Today was not just a day off; it was a day to make memories, and he was grateful to be a part of it.

But as the excitement built around him, he suddenly felt a wave of dizziness wash over him. He frowned, placing a hand on the counter to steady himself. He hadn't eaten much besides a yogurt drink, and the rush of energy from his morning run hadn't been enough to fuel him through the day ahead.

"Hey, you good?" Tsukishima asked, noticing Kageyama's change in demeanor.

"Yeah, just... a little lightheaded," Kageyama admitted, forcing a smile. "I'll be fine."

"Right, because ignoring your issues has worked out so well for you," Tsukishima replied, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow. "Have you still not eaten?"

Kageyama rolled his eyes but felt a slight warmth from the concern behind Tsukishima's teasing. "No, but, I just need to grab a snack before we head out."

"Good idea," Tsukishima said, uncrossing his arms and moving closer to the fridge. "Here, I'll help."

As Kageyama leaned against the counter, he felt the room tilt slightly, and he took a deep breath, reminding himself that he was with friends. The noise of their chatter felt distant, almost muffled.

After a moment, Tsukishima returned with a granola bar and a bottle of water. "Eat this,"

Kageyama accepted the snack, grateful for the gesture. "Thanks."

As he munched on the granola bar, the dizziness gradually faded, and the familiar warmth of camaraderie returned. He could hear Hinata's excited chatter about the rides, and Tanaka was already animatedly planning which roller coasters they should tackle first.

With the snack in his system and the team's energy around him, Kageyama felt steadier. Maybe today would be even better than he imagined.
