𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟒𝟏

Jimin drank the water Taehyung brought him. And the room got cleaned, without any trace of the glass shards.

Namjoon looked down when he felt a tug on his sleeve. "What happened, love?" The endearment came out naturally, he didn't even noticed until Jimin's eyes widened. A light shade of pink adorned the younger's cheeks. Jimin blinked as if removing the thoughts, then placed his right palm on his ear, imitating phone call.

Namjoon understood the younger is asking for the phone. He pulled out the phone which the police handed him earlier, and gave it to Jimin. The brunet opened the notes app and typed something and showed it to Namjoon.

"Where is Sungwoon hyung?"

"Don't worry about him, Min. He is okay. He went to Busan, because of some family matter. He will be back after dealing with it." Namjoon smiled in reassurance. Jimin sighed in relief.

He must be concerned about his friend. Namjoon thought. He ruffled the younger's hair and got a tired smile from him. Everything is gonna be okay, for Jimin, for them, for Sungwoon.

They took turns to take care of Jimin in the hospital. Two of them would stay with Jimin, other two would go to BTS, and the last duo would rest at home.

Yoongi was the only one who didn't stay at hospital. It's not like he didn't wanted to, but he was afraid that Jimin will be upset at him. He blamed himself for the smaller's state. He didn't have the courage to face the younger, yet. So whenever they visit Jimin, he stood behind all of them. And other times he waited for Jimin to sleep and watch him do so. He really don't wanted to see the hatred in younger's eyes for him. So avoiding Jimin, was the only solution Yoongi could think of.

The week went by and today Jimin will get discharge. They decided to take Jimin to their home, so they can take care of Jimin. And it's not good for leaving him alone after the traumatic experience he had. Also, that way they can see Jimin everyday.

Even though they planned all of it, they didn't inform it to Jimin.

But Jimin is Jimin. When they drove past his house, Jimin looked at Hoseok, who were sitting next to him. He pulled out his phone, typed something with his right hand and showed it to Hoseok.

"Why are we going to your house?" Hoseok read out loud. The other's in the car looked towards him, except Jungkook, who was driving.

"We can't leave you there alone. If you are with us we can take care of you, and it will be good for you. So it's better to take you there." Namjoon explained, with a tiny smile.

Jimin frowned and again typed something the show it to them. "I can manage myself. You have work to do. And i can hire a home nurse for taking care of me."

"No. You are staying with us. That's it. End of the discussion." Jin said sternly. After that it was silent. Jimin sat there with a pout. Even after getting home, he didn't look up at any of them.

"Let's eat something, i am hungry. Jungkook whined. "What do you wanna eat, Minie?" Jungkook looked at the younger, only to met with a sulking Jimin. The pout didn't left his mouth, which Jungkook really wanted to kiss. But it's not the time to think about it. He cleared his throat and looked away.

"I will cook, someone go an pick Jimin's things from his house." With that Jin walked towards the kitchen, Hoseok following behind.

"Yes, hyung." Taehyung saluted in a playful manner and left to complete the work.

"Wait for me. I will help you." Namjoon ran after him.

"I have some phone call to do. I will be back." Yoongi also walked out of the room. Jungkook know Yoongi is still trying to avoid Jimin. All of them had tried to make him understand that, it's not his fault and it was an accident. But Yoongi is stubborn. He avoid going in front of him.

Instead everyday he will go to Jimin, when the younger is sleep, and will apologize to the sleeping boy. It kind of became his habit after Jimin hospitalised. It was really sad to see their second eldest like that. But they can only hope for things to be good.

"What do you want to do, while they are cooking?" Jungkook sat on the couch, near Jimin, who just shook his head.

"Why? Please, play with me, please, please, please." He took the smaller's uninjured hand in his and squeezed it. "We can watch movie too." Jungkook showed his puppy eyes, to which Jimin nodded. Jungkook smiled, satisfied with the reply and turned on the TV.

"What do you want to watch?" Jungkook asked Jimin, who shrugged. With a pout Jungkook scrolled through the channels and ended up choosing a cheesy drama. He sat beside Jimin and both of them started watching it.

"Heyy, we are back." Taehyung rushed in to the living room with a trolley bag, and a grumpy looking Namjoon behind him.

"What happened, hyung?" Jungkook looked at Namjoon, who huffed and sat next to him.

"He didn't let me touch anything, saying i will broke it, he did everything on his own. Then why did i go with him?" Namjoon whined.

"He did good." Jungkook laughed at his adorable hyung.

"I let him carry the suit case. But he dropped it while walking here. That's why i took it from him." Taehyung, who went to put the bag in Jimin's room, came back. They both laughed at Namjoon who sat there with crossed arms.

"Lunch is ready. Come on, let's eat." Hoseok yelled from the kichen.

"Coming..." Taehyung screamed back. "Let's go Jiminie." He smiled at the smaller man and helped him get up, carefully to not move his sling covered arm. They walked towards the dining table, Namjoon and Jungkook following behind.

"I will feed you." Hoseok sat beside Jimin with a wide smile. Jimin blinked and lifted his right hand up, as if showing his hand works well. "Oh." Hoseok's face fell. "You can eat yourself? Then okay." He again smiled his lips forming in to a heart shape. And gave Jimin a pair of chopsticks. Jimin accepted it with a small smile.

Even though, his right hand was okay, he had difficulty to eat properly. The five out of six of them had been feeding him for past days. Now it's seems like he can eat on his own..

They chatted through the whole lunch. Only Jimin and Yoongi were silent. Yoongi only mumbled out something, when it's necessary. And Jimin, he just nodded or shook his head to their questions. Most of the time he was lost in thoughts, of god knows what.

That's until, he tried to take water and accidentally bumped in to the kimchi-jjigae on the table and it droped on to Namjoon's hand. It was slightly hot, Namjoon pulled his hands with an 'ow'.

"Joon, go and put your hands under cold water." Jin instructed, getting up from his seat. "I will get anti inflammatory cream." He quickly walked out of the room. Namjoon nodded and went to sink. Even though It was a light burn, they were concerned for their boyfriend.

"It's okay, Jiminie. It wasn't your fault." Jungkook heard Hoseok saying. He turned his head towards the duo to find tears streaming out of Jimin's eyes.

"Yeah, it was just an accident, don't cry." Taehyung said sitting on the chair, previously Namjoon were on. He wiped Jimin's eyes.

"Yes. And it's just a light burn." Namjoon also walked towards them, with Jin in tow. Jin sat him on a there and applied the ointment on the burned area. "Look, i am perfectly fine." Namjoon said with his famous dimple smile.

"Also it's normal for him. He always hurt by himself, because he is clumsy." Jin laughed, trying to light the atmosphere.

The smaller just wiped his eyes and nodded. Jungkook wanted to wrap him in a blanket and protect him from every sadness in the world.

Jimin stood up from where he was sitting, and walked towards his assigned room, without even looking at them. They all watched as the tiny silhouette disappeared in to the bedroom, promising themselves that they will protect him with everything they can.
