Of course, Tony had to have his party. Well, 'my' introductory party. I didn't really mind. I was looking for an excuse to keep my mind off my brothers. "Ok, I contacted everyone I know that knows how to have a good time." Tony stated to the group. He turns and looks at me.

"You're only here because it's technically for you." I dropped my smile from his random burn. "Really Tony?" Steve says patient, yet defensive. Tony put his hands up. "I'm just saying..."
"I think she might surprise us." Clint says. "Or at least she has with everything else she does." The room turns to me and Clint.

"What do you say, glowstick? Do you think you have a couple of tricks up your sleeve?" Tony was excited for an answer. I cooly played him back with a smirk. "We shall see..." I say more seductively. "Sounds like you might have some competition." Natasha agged. The elevator opens.

Director Fury walks through. "Miss Y/n, what's your purpose for being here?" I stand straight, I was leaning on the back of the couch. "Well, sir, I am officially an Avenger." Fury holds out his hand. "Pleased to hear it, Y/n."
"Thank you, sir." I released his hand from mine. "Please, call me Fury."

"Ok." I stated, and he turned his attention to Steve. "No new missions. You all can celebrate your newest member."
"Does that mean Thor will be here?" I asked. "We haven't been able to contact Thor. Last we've heard, he was bringing Loki to his father." Maria stated. I nod.

Fury turns back to the elevator. "Always good to see ya, pal." Tony says. Probably sarcastically. Fury nods, and the elevator closes. "god, doesn't it bother anyone how noisy he is? Anything happens, and he knows." Tony complains and sits on the couch.

"Oh, Tony." Natasha acknowledges. I smile to myself. I was surrounded by my good friends. Only seven months in, yet I already feel like I know them like the back of my hand. I breathed out peacefully. My phone buzzed abruptly. I looked up to see if anyone was curious. No one seemed to care. I pulled my phone out.

It was a text from Login. [Hey, you ok?]
[Yeah, I'm fine] I text. He quickly types. [Where did you go? Nolan asks. He knows you won't reply if he asks himself.] I sigh. [I'm going against his will and living my life!] [Y/n] was all he wrote back. I shoved my phone into my pocket.

[At the party]
A bunch of people whom I don't recognize was there. Maria came, but not Fury. I sighed as I sat on the couch and sipped some champagne. The dress I was wearing was a borrow from Nat. It's black glittered and tight against myself. The straps of the dress were so thin that I'd hardly call it a strap.

The dress was small. It reached halfway at my thighs. If I needed to bend down, my matching under garments would be exposed. However, according to Nat, it did nicely compliment my decent sized chest. I finished my glass and placed it on the small table next to me. I would get a couple of glanced from some gentlemen here and there, but I wasn't looking for that yet.

I stood up when I caught a glimpse at Bruce. He looked just as uncomfortable as I felt. He was walking past a group of people. I slowly followed behind. He was heading for the elevator, probably going to his room. I caught up to him first. "Hey," I greeted. "Hey, Y/n." He turned back and looked at me.

"You ok?" He scoffed a laugh. "Yeah, I'm fine. Parties aren't my thing." I hum a yes and nod. "You look...," He thought for a fitting word for a moment. "Phenomenal!" He exclaims. I smile at his kindness. "Thanks, Bruce." He clicks the button on the elevator. "Listen, I'm truly happy that you're on the team, Y/n. Using what you have for good is the greatest decision."

"I appreciate that, Bruce. It means a lot, truly." The elevator dings and the doors open. "I'm going to go... "
"Ok, I'll see ya, Bruce."
"See ya, Y/n." He walks in, and the doors close. I smile to myself. I turn back around to the party. I'm not really used to parties.

Only been to a few. However, I did talk a big game to Tony. I just need to find my rhythm. There was an annoying club music in the background. I'm not sure how you'd call that music. It's just the same notes repeating itself a thousand times.

My red bottom heels clicked on the floor as I made my way to my friends. Natasha, Steve, and Tony were talking to each other. They were all holding drinks. "Hey, Y/n." Nat greeted and placed her arm around my shoulder. "Hi." She sipped her drink. "Enjoying yourself?"

I nod. "Tons." I lied. I know Tony easily caught my bluff. He had a smirk on his face. "What have you been up to?" He flicked his eyebrows up and down as he takes a decent drink of champagne. "You know, getting loose." I pretended to slightly lose my balance while Nat had her arm still around me.

Steve and Tony exchanged looks. Steve was silently calling me out, too. Tony motioned me to follow him. Nat let me go, and I followed. We walked over to the bar. He went behind the counter. "Listen, I pulled you away to tell you this only because you're still new, and I don't want to embarrass you just yet in front of everyone." Gee, thanks.

He pulled a glass out from under the counter. He started to mix different liquids in the cup. "You clearly don't look experienced in this compartment, however I am." He shook this separate metal cup that had ice and a few drinks in it. "Piece of advice," He opens the metal cup and pours the liquid to the mix. I nod for him to continue.

"Act like there is no one in the room. Dance to the music, go make-out with a few guys, go have sex on the balcony if you want." He pulls out a straw. "The best part is: whatever happens, people will blame it one the drinks." He gives me a classic Tony smirk and drops the straw in the drink.

He scoots the cup towards me. I was still hesitant. "In our line of work, getting a little goofy from now and again is a good thing for us. It takes our mind of the battle field for a moment. No responsibility." I sigh and take the glass. "For the record, I don't want to have sex."
"It's whatever you want, glowstick." He gives me a wink.

I slowly bring the cup to my mouth. He was waiting for my reaction. I take a sip. I choke on the kick of the drink. Tony gives a small cackle. "My throat feels like it's on fire, Tony."
"Take a few more drinks, you'll get used to it." I take another sip. He walks past me and taps me on the back.

"I'll see you in a few, party animal." I was a little confused by the title, but the drink was starting to make more sense. My drowsiness was slowly departing adrenaline was taking its place. "The hell was in this drink?"
