As the clock struck midnight, a quiet anticipation filled the room. Isy was lying on the couch, half-expecting something but still trying to relax. Before she could even process what was happening, Adele leaped onto her, throwing her arms around Isy in one swift, playful move.

"Happy birthday, my love!" Adele exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear as she planted a flurry of kisses all over Isy's face. Isy burst out laughing, trying to catch her breath as Adele's kisses rained down on her.

"Okay, okay!" Isy giggled, trying to squirm away but secretly loving every second of it. "You're going to suffocate me!"

Adele paused for a moment, looking down at her with that same mischievous smile. "I'm just getting started!" she teased, leaning in to give Isy one long, soft kiss on the lips. "I've been waiting all day to do this."

Isy's heart fluttered as she gazed up at Adele, a sense of overwhelming joy filling her chest. "This is the best birthday already," she whispered, her voice soft but full of emotion.

"Well, it's just beginning," Adele whispered back, brushing a strand of hair from Isy's face. "I've got more surprises, but I think I'll start with this."

And with that, she continued showering Isy with kisses, making her laugh and melt all at once, filling the quiet midnight air with love and joy.

After a few more playful kisses, Adele leaned back slightly, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "Alright, I'm starting with the smallest gift," she said, reaching behind her to pull out a small envelope. She handed it to Isy, a grin spreading across her face. "The rest you'll get tomorrow, but I wanted to give you this one right at midnight."

Isy raised an eyebrow, taking the envelope with a curious smile. "Smallest gift, huh? Should I be worried?"

Adele laughed, already anticipating Isy's reaction. "Just... don't freak out, okay?" she teased, biting her lip playfully.

With her heart racing, Isy carefully opened the envelope. Inside were two concert tickets, and as she read the details, her eyes went wide. "No way..." she gasped, looking up at Adele in disbelief. "Lady Gaga?!"

Adele's laughter filled the room. "Yep! You've been talking about wanting to see her for *years* now, so I figured it was time we finally go together."

Isy stared at the tickets, a mix of shock and excitement overwhelming her. "Adele, this is... this is amazing! I can't believe it!"

"I knew you'd flip," Adele said, grinning as she watched Isy's reaction. "I had to be the one to take you—no one else could handle how excited you'll be at the concert."

Isy threw her arms around Adele, squeezing her tightly. "You are the best! I can't even begin to explain how much this means to me."

"Save your energy," Adele teased. "We're going to need it for tomorrow—and for that concert, of course. This is just the start of your birthday surprises."

Isy couldn't stop smiling, her heart full of gratitude and excitement. This was already shaping up to be one of the best birthdays she'd ever had.

Isy stared at the tickets in awe, then looked back at Adele, still trying to wrap her head around how she had pulled this off. "Wait... how did you even get these? They're impossible to find!"

Adele grinned, clearly enjoying the moment. "Well..." she said, drawing out the suspense for a second, "I just called her and asked." She burst out laughing at the shock on Isy's face. "What? I *do* have her number, after all."

Isy's jaw dropped. "You called *Lady Gaga*? Just casually called her up, like it's no big deal?"

Adele laughed even harder, nodding. "Pretty much! She's surprisingly chill, actually. I mentioned it was for your birthday, and she was more than happy to help out. She even threw in those extra VIP passes."
