Y/N looked up at the sign on the door before Jeff pushed the door open. Y/N's eyes widened at the sight of Slenderman himself, sitting at his desk and looking at the stacks of paperwork on his desk.

Jeff walked on into the room like he owned the place.

"Hey, Slendy, you haven't met our new guest. This is Y/N." Jeff gestured over to her, causing her to wave sheepishly in return.

She knew Slenderman was tall, but goddamn, his desk was taller than her!

Slenderman looked down at her, the blank, pale face giving Jeff an upset look.

"What have I told you about bringing strays inside the house, Jeffery?" Slenderman said, though the voice wasn't coming for any particular direction.

Jeff rolled his eyes and leaned against his desk.

"Errrmmmm, actually.... she's a human." Jeff said, pushing imaginary glasses up the bridge of his nose and talking in a nerdy voice.

Y/N bit the inside of her lip, trying not to laugh out loud.

Slender had no face, but it was apparent that he was upset. Slenderman evened out a stack of papers on the desk, staring holes through Jeff as Y/N spoke up.

"I want to be a proxy." She said bluntly, causing Slenderman to spin his head toward her in shock.

"Why should I let you? I have no idea who you are!" Slenderman started. "Wait... I sent Jeff to kill you earlier..." Slenderman's head looked back to Jeff, and Jeff looked away, whistling nonchalantly.

Slenderman sighed.

"I couldn't help it! If you had seen her dumb face, you would have spared her too!" Jeff defended, pointing at Y/N.

"That's highly unlikely." Slenderman mumbled before looking back at Y/N, who stood with her hands in her pockets.

"You will get one chance for a mission." Slenderman said begrudgingly. "But I will send you with Jeff and a few others."

Jeff's jaw dropped in shock, and he looked at Slender in disbelief. He seriously thought Slender would have killed her on the spot.

Y/N smiled and nodded.

"Wait, what?! That's not fair!" Jeff protested before he was silenced by Slenderman speaking.

"I don't care, Jeff. You need to do more group missions." Slenderman replied.

"This isn't kindergarten! We're a bunch of serial killers. I don't need a group project." Jeff snapped.

Slenderman was just about fed up with Jeff's bullshit, so, with a flick of a wrist, the door flung open behind the two. He used one of his black tendrils to push them out of the room.

Jeff groaned in frustration before looking over at Y/N.

Y/N smiled up at him.

"How the hell are you not dead yet?" Jeff blurted.

Y/N shrugged.

Jeff huffed and stomped away from her, his hands balled into fists of anger.

Y/N trailed behind him, not exactly wanting to be alone in this damned mansion.

"Where are you going?" She asked, smirking a bit.

"Away from you." Jeff said bitterly, glaring back at her.

"What about the mission?" Y/N asked, fiddling with the plushie in my hoodie pocket.

Jeff rolled his eyes.
