Chapter 38

Third person point of view

Days had passed, Ayara just locked herself in the room, she only ate often but that didn't last long because Shana and Sophia visited her every day and made her something to eat. On the other hand, Ria does not show herself to her but she is very worried about her friend even though she was hurt about what happened days ago. Ayara's parents also know that their daughter is weeks pregnant so they are very careful and worried about their one and only daughter.

While Shana and Sophia were talking, Ayara was silent as she was stunned and leaning on her bed.

"Sa tingin mo nasaan si Mikhael?" Shana whispered to Sophia but Ayara heard Mikhael's name so she turned to them.

"M-mikhael?" She asked while stuttering.

"I think you misheard us Ayara, it was nothing, okay? Gusto mo pa ba kumain?" Sophia asked but Ayara just shook her head.

While they were talking, the door to Ayara's room opened so the two turned around except for Ayara who was stunned.

"Ria.." Shana whispered.

"Ayara..kamusta ka?" Ria asked Ayara as she approached her.

"R-Ria, thank God you're here, h-hindi ka na ba galit sa akin?" Ayara asked while reaching for Ria's hand.

"I was never mad at you, nadala lang ako ng emosyon dahil nag-aalala ako para sa'yo" Ria said while caressing Ayara's hand.

"Kamusta ka?" Ria asked her friend worriedly.

"I don't know" Ayara responded and lowered her head.

"Nung papasok pala ako dito, I met uncle and aunt, they told me to tell you that they are going to see Mr. Lim" Ria said.

"Okay.." Ayara whispered.

"Ayara.. we're trying our best to find Mikhael, limang araw na tayong walang balita sakaniya at kailangan natin siyang hanapin" Ria said.

"Please find her, kailangan ko rin marinig side niya" Ayara responded in tears so Ria wiped her tears.

"Wag kang mag-alala, hahanapin namin siya" Ria said and hugged her.

"Gusto mo bang magpahangin sa labas? We'll accompany you" Ria asked.

"Okay" Ayara simply responded and stood up.

Ayara only wore a jacket and only pajamas. They brought Ayara to the back of their mansion to to get some fresh air because she had been locked in the room for several days and it wasn't good for her health, as well as the health of the baby she's carrying inside her tummy.

There are guards behind them to keep an eye on them even when they are inside the mansion, just in case of emergency.

"Ayara" Ria called her.

"Mhm?"

"Hindi ka ba nagtatanim ng sama ng loob, especially you're pregnant, may pangarap kang gustong-gusto mong tuparin diba?" Ria asked while walking to Ayara's side while the two were talking behind them.

"Baka ito na talaga kapalaran ko" Ayara responded.

"Paano pangarap mo?" Ria asked while glancing at her.

"Pangarap ko? Na mag travel around the world?" Ayara asked and took a gaze to Ria.

"Yeah" Ria simply respond.

"Then I'll continue my dream to travel around the world , kasama siya" Ayara replied and held her stomach.

"Aaahh magiging tita na ako" Sophia shouted.

"Shut up, hindi pa natin alam kung sino ama ng dinadala ni Ayara" Shana said and hit Sophia's arm.

"Tanggap ko itong dinadala ko even though I don't know who's the father of the child I'm carrying pero once na malaman ko, hinding-hindi ko siya mapapatawad sa ginawa niya sa'kin" Ayara said.

"Hays Ayara, napaka careless mo kasi e look, hindi mo alam sino ama niyan" Shana said and shook her head.

"How can I tell, kung si Mikhael lang lagi kong kasama, madalas ako pa mag-isa sa condo kasi may pinupuntahan si Mikhael and besides, hindi ako nakikipagkita sa lalaki" Ria responded.

Ria suddenly raised her eyebrows so the three stared at each other after hearing what Ayara said while Ayara wonders why.

"No" Ria mouthed without a sound as the two shrug their shoulder.

When the Arcallana couple arrived at the Lim building, they immediately went to the office of Mr. Lim. When they entered, there was Mr. Lim and Mrs. Lim talking.

"Nasaan si Mikhael?" Mr. Arcallana suddenly asked as soon as he entered the office.

"I don't know, wala na akong balita sa anak ko, ilang araw ko na siyang hinahanap" Mr. Lim said and fixed his table.

"Naging miserable ang buhay ni Ayara dahil sakaniya!" Mr. Arcallana shouts but her wife calms him down.

"Alam ko na anak ni Mikhael ang dinadala ng anak ko ngayon" Mr. Arcallana said and clinched his fist.

"B-buntis si Ayara?" Mrs. Lim asked stuttering as Mr. Lim closes his eyes.

"Kaya ko hinahanap ang anak niyo ngayon, bakit biglang nawala si Mikhael? Balak ba niyang takbuhan responsibilidad niya?" Mr. Arcallana said angrily as Mr. Lim stood up after hearing what he said.

"Wag kang magsalita ng ganyan sa anak ko dahil hindi ko siya ganon pinalaki" Mr. Lim shouted, Kenzo heard that from outside the office so he came in and stopped the intense fight that was going on.

"Leave, kung aakusahan mo lang na iresponsable ang anak ko, parehas lang tayong walang alam kung nasaan siya" Mr. Lim said while pointing at the door.

The Arcallana couple left immediately.

They looked for Mikhael everywhere but they couldn't find her but that didn't stop them from looking for her. The night had reached them so they decided to rest first and continue their search the next day.

Time skip

They continued their search for Mikhael, they also asked the police to help them find their daughter. Ayara's friends and Mikhael's friends also helped in the search.

"Nasaan ka ba bunso?" Kenzo whispered to himself as he looked out the car window.

"Kuya will find you, no matter what" Kenzo added.

"Kelan siya gigising, doc?"

"Walang kasiguraduhan kung gigising pa ba si Mikhael, kaya maging handa tayo sa mga possibleng mangyari"
