San woke me up at the crack of dawn so I could go to the gym with him before we had rehearsals for Coachella... by the crack of dawn I mean 5am!!!
Who in their right mind would want to do that?!? Not me that's for sure. We're heading down to the gym that is in our apartment now and I'm slowly shuffling while San is quickly moving towards the gym.
He insisted on taking the stairs to which I laughed in his face and walked into the elevator, by the time I get down to the main floor where the gym is I have to wait for San to come down.
I decide to wait in the gym so I have time to stretch, by the time I'm done I spot San standing behind me stretching as well. I stand up and walk to the stair master and I plan to stay there for the whole time I'm there.
I put my head phones on and zone out when I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn and see San standing there breathing heavily. "Ready to go?" He asks making me glance at the clock and nod.
We both stretch and head back upstairs to shower before we all have to go to rehearsals. When we get into the car I can see everyone starting to wake up from the time they spent sleeping while San and I were working out... wish that was me.
I take a quick power nap on the way to KQ with my head on Wooyoungs lap, he runs his fingers through my hair making me relax and fall asleep.
Sadly my peace has been disturbed when we pull up to work... boo. "Cmon, let's get up" Wooyoung says while patting my back as I groan.
"I know, come on" he says as I get out of the car, he jumps on my back as we head inside, luckily nobody is outside today... well not a lot of people so it's not as loud or else I'd probably wanna run away.
Mingi walks up from behind us and pulls Wooyoung off of my back, replacing him on my back making me grunt and the surprising weight that was added to my back.
"God damn" I say as my knee pops due to the unexpected pressure, as soon as it does I go down. "Fuck" I hear Mingi say as I lay on the floor holding my knee. "Shit I'm so sorry, wooyoung can you go get the manager?" He says while grabbing my face.
"I'm so sorry baby, I didn't mean to" he says with teary eyes as he looks down at me, before I can respond our manager runs over with the rest of the members following behind him.
"Holy shit what happened" Hongjoong says before having to look away, I look down and see a bone... sticking out of my leg. How the fuck? What the fuck? I look up panicking at the fact that there's a fucking bone sticking out of my leg.
"Hey, calm down the both of you okay?" Our manager says as I squeeze Mingi's hand, "I'm so sorry, it's all my fault" Mingi sobs making me grab his arm.
"Shut the fuck up no it's not, this knee has been shitty for years okay? It was bound to happen" I say while stroking his hand. "Fuck and now you're comforting me instead of worrying about yourself! See it's my fault!" He exclaims making me grunt.
"It isn't, it was an accident it's fine baby" I say as staff come in with a wheel chair for me so we could get to the hospital. "Hey Mingi?" I say before I'm wheeled off, "make sure you do good okay? Don't think too much and just focus on rehearsal okay?" I say making him nod as he wipes his tears.
"I'll be fine guys, work hard yeah?" I say as I get into the car and drive off, as soon as we drive away I put my head in my hands and groan.
"Shhh it's okay, we'll be there soon" one of the staff says while rubbing my back, "fuck" I grumble before trying to take a couple of deep breaths. I lean back in the seat and close my eyes, throwing my head back as I take deep breaths.
"Keep your eyes open Joon,we'll be there soon okay?" They continue to say, trying to get me to be conscious. We pull up to the hospital and then they let me sleep, they just wanted to get me out of the car easier.
The doctors put me on medication and I knock out, by the time I wake up all of the boys are in the hospital waiting. "Hi Joon, everyone's here but it can only be two people at a time" Seonghwa says while brushing my hair back.
Mingi is nervously standing next to him which makes me pout, "come here princess" I say with a raspy voice which makes Mingi shuffle towards me. I pull him down so that his head is resting on my shoulder. "I don't blame you love, I'll be healed up in no time okay?" I say making him nod his head with a sniffle.
A knock is placed on the door and the doctor comes in, "hello Mr Kim, you've been out a couple of hours and we've made sure to take good care of your leg!" He says while looking down at his chart.
He explains what to look out for while my leg heals, "we gave you different shots so that it doesn't get infected and your wound has been thoroughly cleaned to avoid any more damage" he continues as I look at him, trying to register everything.
He explains how I'll have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days just to make sure my leg doesn't get infected hefore he explains this,
"I've been told you are a performer, so I'm sorry to have to tell you that you cannot dance or do any physical activity, until your physical therapist tells you otherwise, we have your manager a bunch of different clinics you can go to for that and I'm sure your company has a go to clinic for injuries"
He then leaves the room and by the time the door shuts Mingi is sobbing, "Mingi, it's okay" both Seonghwa and I say as he tries to escape my touch. "No it's not! You can't live your dream anymore because of me" he cries out.
"Hey no! It's only temporary okay? I'll be back before you know it" I say while pulling him into my arms, not letting him go until he falls asleep. I look at Seonghwa sadly only to see that he's tearing up at the sight.
"I'm sorry hyung" I say softly as he shakes his head, "don't be sorry hun" he says while whipping my tears, "just focus on getting better Mmk? I'm going to send the rest of the boys in one by one" he says before walking out.
The rest of the night is spent with everyone coming in and out of my room before visiting time is over. I finally fall asleep at like 10:30 with nothing but hope that this was all a dream.
