Very "Emotional" Day

Nightmares....Max was prone to many of those as part of being in hell. Most of the time, it was his death being replayed over and over in his head or the threat he received a week ago before finally finding the guy and killing him. It wasn't pretty either.

The girls only found out through Moxxie because he was missing from work that day. They found Max in his apartment as he was torturing the man to death. He didn't let them in, but they heard the man's screams coming from inside.

Many of the girls were asking Max if he was okay and he would always answer with a "yes" or just a simple nod of the head.

Octavia voiced if she could see through his mind and make sure he was fine. But, he simply just stared.

Right now, all of the girls were at Verosika's house as they were drinking and talking to each other. Even Asmoedus was there with Fizzarolli.

Beelzebub:"I have to say. His mental health is becoming worse."

Loona:"It doesn't help that the stupid sinner girl he killed a while ago keeps following him around. She's almost gotten him killed a couple times when he went to kill people!"

She slightly growled as she finished her statement before Vorexia put her arm on her chest to calm her down.

Verosika:"While I think it is idiotic that Blitzø made him the poster boy for your company. It has put so much recognition on him. Like, when Asmoedus revealed that she's in a relationship with him."

Asmoedus simply sighed as she stirred her tea.

Asmoedus:"I'm sorry about that. It's just that...Max seems to be the only normal man and sinner that I've encountered that doesn't think with just straight lust."

All:"Here here!"

They all chuckled at each other before it slowly got quiet before Kiki spoke up.

Kiki:"Where is Max at now?"

Apple:"Well, last we heard. He was heading to Stolas for something!"

Coco:"But, he didn't say what though."

Matilda:"Hmm, it's unlike him to tell us where he's going."

Martha:"Maybe he's finally checking himself out?"

Milky:"I hope so. Last time I stayed at his apartment with him, he woke up screaming and I had to calm him down."

Most of them went wide-eyed and looked at Milky.

Verosika:"He never told us about that. Why didn't you say anything?"

Milky:"Well....it's mostly because he told me not to tell you guys what was in the nightmare. It was mostly personal and something he didn't want to be let out."

Loona:"Well, if it's personal; we can't judge."

Fizzarolli:"That is true. But, you think we should head over to the Goetia's to see him?"

Sallie:"Yeah! That don't seem like a far fetched idea!"

They got up to head over to the Goetia's and we see that at the Goetia's, Max is knocked out on a very large sofa as Octavia and Stolas hover over him. Her hands are bright purple as they have a spell on them.
