Couple of Days after Succubi 'n' Chill

The scene opens to Verosika's house as we hear a piano playing. It then shifts to as Max and Verosika are in her studio with him being on his phone. She is trying to come up with a song, but can't quite find that spark. Slamming her hand on her controls she lets out a heavy sigh. She gets up and sees Max lying down, deciding the same; she falls on his chest as he wraps his arm around her.

Max:"Music troubles?"

Verosika*Muffled* "Mhm."

Max:"Well, it's always process before you get the final project. You'll be fine."

Verosika lifts her head up as he looks at Max.

Verosika:"But, you don't understand! I need a new song by next week! I'm set to perform at Ozzie's again."

Max:"Well, that's troubling. Maybe I can help you babe."

Verosika sits up with Max also sitting up. She stared at him as he chuckled.

Max:"What?"

Verosika:"Well. Where's your book? I know you have one."

Max sighed as he opened a portal to his old apartment. They both put on their human disguises as they made their way. She looked down at the memorial that was set out for her future husband and his family. Taking out his old key, he opened his door and found everything untouched. He sat down on his couch as he took in the nostalgia around him. Verosika came to him and sat down with him.

Verosika:"You okay babe?"

Max:"Yeah...It's just a lot."

He took his surroundings as the memories came flooding back. Tears came into his eyes as he looked around and saw the many things that he had covered in dust or still kept in the same spots he left them. Max got up and went to his room as Verosika followed. Opening his door, he found his notebook, but Verosika looked around the room.

Verosika:"You have a poster of me?"

Max:"Yeah, a little girl gave it to me as she was a fan of you. I've always thought of her."

Max grabbed some of his hats, clothes, and a picture before leaving with Verosika. They made it into her studio where he had opened his notebook and it was full of poems. She was surprised at the many pages of written letters in the journal.

Verosika:"Did you fill out that whole thing?"

Max:"No, but I wrote to myself to keep busy, even when I was drunk I would find myself waking up with it next to me."

Verosika:"Is there anything you can't do?"

Max:"I can't compose music by myself. Like, I can sing. But, when it comes to trying to compose it or record it, it's horrible."

Verosika:"And that's why you got me."

Day 1

Max was now helping Verosika with her music. He had written a couple of lyrics for her as she looked over them. He handed her a paper full of short notes and she looked at him while smoking.

Verosika:"You think you can sing these?"

Max:"That's not up to me really. That's up to Ozzie since you're performing there."

Verosika:"I'd have to find the right beat or instruments to do it."

Verosika put the paper down and the title on it said, Lost in the Fire. Max continues with his task of writing.

Day 3

The Mayday crew were now in the process of helping Max & Verosika as they are using instruments and beats to try to find the right balance of sound. They, then all saw Max take something out of his pocket as he lit it up with a lighter before realizing they were staring at him.
