The basketball bounces gently against the floor, the concrete passing the ball between the boy's hands, his eyes staring up intently at the man before him - ready for his slip. However, the scorching sun burned through his dark hair, blinding his sight but he stayed on guard, quickly blocking the light with his palm and unfortunately, that was his downfall.

"Hey, that's not fair - the sun was in my eyes!" Jay retorts, trying to keep up with the younger male who dunks in the ball before he has a chance to pull him back.

"You sound just like Jake, you know," Riki teases, now cradling the ball in his arms before bouncing the ball once again.

"What? I sound nothing like him," Jay murmurs, chasing after the boy but it seems someone else has already cornered him.

"Hey, what's wrong with sounding like me?" Jake tactfully snatches the basketball and even with his shorter stature can toss the ball into the hoop gracefully. "At least I can get the ball in the hoop,"

At that, Jay rolls his eyes. "Yeah, yeah," he chuckles, patting Jake's shoulder as the three of them collapse onto the burning concrete.

"When's Jungwon and the rest of them gonna be back with the food?" Riki groans and Jay shrugs his shoulders, the two unaware of how stiff Jake has become.

"Maybe I should leave now-"

"Hey, we haven't even eaten!" Jay forces the skater back onto the floor and only then does he notice how his whole body is cringing. "You scared or something?"

Riki tugged at Jake's ear gently but it was enough to grab his attention. "The few minutes Sunghoon was here, you were fine, it's gonna be okay Jake." He nudges his shoulder and Jay nods, Riki unaware that he heard.

"Sunghoon is a lot nicer than he might look, believe me, Sunoo is crazy over that guy." Jay purses his lips before smirking and Jake lowers his gaze, nodding slowly as he forces on a similar smile. "he's not what you're thinking of," Riki nods along, and Jake simply follows.

"But maybe I'm exactly who he's thinking of," Jake murmurs to himself, picking at the skin around his nails before looking up at the two with a sweet smile.

"Oh, I think I see them!" Riki suddenly points off to the curve of the court, waving his hand as if the four of them would've lost sight. "C'mon let's eat." He murmured, shaking Jake's limp body on the floor before attacking Jay who had already passed out.

Setting the food and drinks on the floor, Jungwon is the first to approach the two men who seemed to be asleep. "Food's here!" Jungwon shakes his boyfriend's arm vigorously, "I know you're not sleeping," he leans in closer, and Jay is forced up, practically whacking his forehead into Jungwon's and the sound is enough to wake Jake up.

"Huh? What happened?" Jake looks over concerned, though Riki's laughter is enough to calm him down when he realises that Jay had impaled Jungwon with his stupidity.

Sunoo shakes his head, helping Jungwon up whilst Jay scurries to his side, rubbing his head tenderly but all he does is continue to laugh. "I'm starving," Jungwon drawls and Heeseung is quick to pass around the drinks.

"Come help me, Hoon," The older male gestures, Sam already passing around some drinks, "Here, this one is for Jake," he slides him a drink between his arms, leaving Sunghoon standing alone as Heeseung helps his partner.

"Wait-" Sunghoon struggled to grab Heeseung attention and even if he did hear him, he knew he wouldn't be able to reason with him. "I might just kill myself-"

"Why do you say that?" Sunoo murmurs warmly, patting his back before carefully setting an arm around him, the older male passing him his drink, "Mint-chocolate - my favourite, how did you know?"
