Opting to stay in the quaint town of Boho for two nights proved to be an excellent choice. They explored various attractions in the vicinity, including the charming shops and stalls offering unique wares, delicacies, and artisanal products. They indulged in shopping, acquiring items either for their personal enjoyment or as souvenirs to gift upon their return home.
It was indeed another pleasant experience.
The following day, after having breakfast and ensuring their belongings were prepared accordingly, the party of three continue their journey toward Guide Tunnel in A3 Avenue.
Due to the rugged and rocky terrain specific to the path they chose, it took them several hours to reach their destination via a horse-drawn carriage.
A3 Avenue is a place kind of similar to Mount Islas, a renowned tourist attraction, but stands desolate with no stalls. Upon reaching the avenue's entrance, carriages were prohibited to proceed and had to be parked outside its boundaries.
Tourist must walk their way through the tunnel, and upon reaching the end, they will encounter a hovering crystal positioned above a stone pedestal that directs them back to the entrance.
It designed such way so people wouldn't be inconvenient to walked back again.
"This tunnel appears gloomy. How did it become a tourist attraction?"
Rusty was surprised by how such a gloomy place became an attraction, as he typically associates tourist spots with brightness, a sense of human breath, and fascinating scenes that could uplift one's spirits.
To him, the eerie vibe emanating from the tunnel slightly resembled the unsettling feeling he experienced within the Hunting Ground, a stark contrast to what a typical tourist attraction should embody.
Dangers lurked in the shadows, unseen yet palpable.
"I felt uneasy to this tunnel, as well. It is making me feel queasy."
Vrylle, like Rusty, sensed it, too. Although Phantom hadn't prompted any elevated danger, she still believed that its absence of warning does not signify the lack of danger. It is present, though manageable to the extent that ordinary individuals could endure it.
Nonetheless, danger remains just that- dangerous, requiring caution and vigilance.
"While it may exudes a sense of danger, safely measures have been diligently implemented. The transition of such a place into a tourist destination indicates that thorough reviews and assessments were conducted by officials before granting public access."
As a Crown Prince, Zyvion was well-versed in laws and their enforcements. Stringent reviews, inspections, and thorough assessment were necessary steps for any establishments to gain permission to operate.
Though, of course, despite those diligence, occasional oversights or deliberate omissions could occur.
Yet, with proper reporting, any discrepancies could still be identified.
Vrylle and Rusty, on the other hand, though they were less knowledgeable about this matter, this does not mean they were entirely ignorant, particularly Vrylle, who resided in the modern world back on Earth where laws and other government-related matters were openly discussed by most and were less strict compared to this world.
"Shall we?"
Zyvion could easily read the apprehension on their faces. Despite their unease, they were at the tunnel entrance and had no choice but to proceed.
He even reassure them once more that the tunnel posed no threat to one's life, and the experience they will encounter inside will undoubtedly alleviate some of their regrets and heart demons, which he based on the reports Zyvion had read about those who had entered the tunnel.
