Peaces' POV

i sat in my room with Olivia in the bathroom and Kristen running out the door to see Chase. All I could think of was Jabari his big fat loveable self. I groaned in frustration and there was a knock on the door. I got up angry and flung the door open. 

"What!" It was then that I saw Jabari was stood there looking at me his light brown eyes stared into my own making me feel like the smallest person in the world.

"Well isnt that a nice way to greet someone?" he asked a hint of smirk on his face. 

"What do you want Jabari?" I asked I shut the door behind me, I really did not want Olivia to come and sseee me to talking to him who knew what that could start. 

"I want to talk about our project" 

"I thought we were meeting tonight at the library" 

The thought of me and Jabari being alone in a big spacious library sent chills down my spin and I had to grab onto the door frame to stop myself from dropping.

"My parents are arriving at that time and I wanted to get it moved up" 

"Your parents?" I asked 

"Yeah everyone in school had a suprise visit from their parents but we all found out about them this morning... isn't someone here for you" 

"No... I guess my mom had a spa trip she couldnt miss" I said 

Jabari watched me for a while he seemed sad but that clearly went away and became frustration. 

"So can we work on our project then" 

"Yeah sure thing... why don't I meet you at the library that way no one has to see us together"

"Yeah wouldn't want anyone to think we're together" 

i smiled weakly and felt my heart break and went into my room to grab my stuff. I grabbed a cardigan and pulled on some black flats it complete the look of the dark blue denim skiiny jeans. Tight, and i mean tight white cest and blue check mens shirt thrown on top. My hair was curly as I didnt have to to straighten it but I just brushed it out a bit. I grabbed my pauls botique bag containing all my book and my glasses and went to meet him at the east wing of the school. This had the smallest library that was pratically dedicated to science so barely anyone went in. 

I used my student id card adn walked into the library and sat across from Jabari. There was a little girl sat on his lap she had very straight black hair and tanned skin her eyes were big and blue and she was smiling up at him. I can only guess that it was his sister just because of the loving way he held her and the adoration that she held in her eyes while looking at her. 

"Peace this is my little niece Abbygail, Abbygail this is my partner Peace" 

Was it that bad to say Friend? 

Abbygail took one look at me, and smile gently she looked to be about 5 or 6 and you could see she was still so innocent. 

"Hey Abbygail" 

"Peace are you my brothers girlfriend" she aked giggling znd walking over to me I picked her up and placed her onto my lap.

"No.. why do you ask" 

"He's been tellling my daddy about some girl he wants but can't have" she whispered thinking that Jabari couldn't here herJabari looked panicked and took her off of my lap.
