Chapter 4.2 - Suprise

Kristen's POV

"You're on the phone to your girlfriend she's upset..." Peace & I sang along, Olivia was in the bathroom getting ready me and Peace were ready and now singing & dancing along to my iPod on full blast.

"Could Kristen Alice Evans come to the front office please? We have your post."

"Back in a sec." I smiled before heading down to the office, when I arrived I said my name at the desk and received my package knowing it was my straightners I smiled a quick 'thank you' and ran back to my dorm. "They could've arrived earlier." I joked, and grinned. I threw the parcel on my bed and a letter fell to the floor, I grabbed it and read the name I smiled seeing it was addressed to Chase. I now had an excuse to see him before Study Hall, grinning I walked to his room and knocked on the door I got bored of waiting for someone to answer it so I rested my head against the door. Just as it opened, I fell and ironically Chase opened the door we fell onto the floor with a rather loud 'thud'. He just kind of looked at my eyes and we both smiled and leant towards each other, before our lips could touch the bathroom door opened revealing his roommate.

"Get another room and next time you're gonna do that in our room warn me." He said. I stood up and blushed deeply, then I noticed that Chase's shirt wasn't done up yet and blushed even more as I stared at his damn perfect abs.

"Erm, this was given to me accidently so ermm here." I passed him the letter quickly and ran into my own dorm. "Oh. My. Fucking. God. I just fell on Chase."

"I thought you liked him though?" Peace said, confused.

"Oh I do! He was pretty much topless, and has an amazing chest. Oh and his roommate might have come out the bathroom just as I fell on him and we were about to kiss!" Her mouth formed an 'O' shape. I saw the time and grabbed my bag, iPod, diary and headphones. "Lesson time." I said and we all dashed to our first lessons. I arrived at Science and sat next to Anna. "Anna. I need to ask you something at Lunch."

"Why can't you tell me now?" I simply nodded in Daniel's direction and left it at that. We just sat in lesson bored out of our minds and I made sure to jab Anna with my pen every time she fell asleep.

As Lunch rolled around me and Anna grabbed food then headed outside were Daniel & Jasper couldn't hear us. "So what's up?"

"I fell on Chase earlier and it's kinda awkward now."

"Why? It's not like you done anything to make it awkward. Right?" I just bit my lip. "Oh. My. What did you do?"

"Nothing serious! It's we almost kissed and his shirt was un-done and his roommate came out the bathroom as we fell...."

"Ohhh. So what do you want my help with?"

"What do I say to him? I mean I can't just go 'hey Chase wanna finish what we started earlier?' even though I wanna say that to him I just-" Anna cut me off by covering my mouth with her hand. I carried on talking under it and she removed it when I had finished.

"Let's just start from a 'Hey Chase.' Yeah?"

"Yeah." I said as we walked back into the lunch hall. Lessons were fine & I sat patiently waiting for Study Hall, so I could talk to Chase. Proffesor Taylor praised me in Cooking class, we had to make cakes and mine came out perfectly, most of them were good a few a bit burnt or raw but mine was apparently perfect. After Gym I ran to Study Hall and dashed to the back to sit next to Chase. "Hey Chase."

"Hey Kristen." He replied almost relieved but it was still awkward, I wasn't particularly sure what to say after so I just left it. Waiting for study Hall to be over by writing in my Diary and listening to my iPod singing along a bit, Chase would have heard me singing if he was listening. Eventually it ended I stood up grabbing my bag and headed out with my Diary under my arm. "Bye, Kristen." He sighed sounding disappointed.
