Without missing a beat I opened my eyes changing into my uniform and headed out into the forest. I needed to run more. I needed to think. I was nice to take a run, without any interruptions. Alex was sleeping still; we still had about twenty minutes before we would meet Logan in the woods. So for twenty whole minutes I ran. I became the wolf. I let go of my humanity. I became the thing I wish I could. Then Alex woke up.

‘Zane come meet me by my window.’

‘Of course Juliet.’

So I ran to Alex’s window. He jumped out, and he decided to try and be cool. He jumped out in mid change. I smiled. Then laughed mentally. I finally got to see the day when Alex became stupid.

‘Where is your clothes smart one?’

‘Behind you.’

‘oh…….’

‘Who’s the smart one now!’

‘Ah shut up!’

Alex left his clothes where they laid then we both ran out to go meet up with Logan, where ever he was at the moment.

We followed his seat to the oh so famous lake. He was sitting there, looking out at the lake. His coat was sure a weird color. It was white-ish. Alex and I approached with caution as Logan stood up off the ground and motioned us for a walk around the lake.

‘I’m glad you too could join me.’

‘No prob Logan.’

‘Yah, I second Alex.’

‘Good to know both of you are on the same page. Now let’s ‘talk’”

Then we walked about. Our topics kept changing. It went from Werewolves, Logan’s sister Sarah, Demons, Councils, Hell, Mythical creatures, Vampires, and finally it came to rest on Aiden. We had all practically changed and were standing on the side of the building. Logan sighed as he straightened out his tie. “So basically you are saying Aiden is a…..”Alex began but Logan interrupted “A shape shifter.” Logan said as I slide on my socks. It fell quiet between us all. “A shape shifter? Is that what I think it is?” I asked as I began to slide on my shoes. Logan chuckled. “Yes, yes it is.”

“God all this mythical crap can really give you a headache.” I mumbled as I got closer to the wall. I was right below my window. Logan chuckled. “It sure can.” He replied as he turned away. “I better go.” “Yah, same here.” Alex said to everyone then he turned to Logan. I rolled my eyes then I began to climb the wall.  “Alex, we need to talk. Later.” Logan said to Alex as I listened to them walk off. Probably about Me. Maybe Logan is just trying to drag us into something. If you play your cards right you can talk Alex into anything.

I opened up the window and climbed through. I stood there as I slide on my shirt. Shit! There was Anna & Mia. Mia looked a bit confused. Oh shit! Shit Shit! “Hey Anna!” I said as I smiled. Though I kept glancing at Mia, waiting for her reaction. While I looked at both of them I grabbed my books which were sitting just below the window sill.

“Ready?” Anna asked as she smiled at me. I took in a deep breath. I have a feeling today is going to be a long day. “Let’s go to Science.” I said as she grabbed my hand and we began to walk out of the room. I turned around a bit to Mia and mouthed ‘Need to talk to you later.’ She nodded her head as Anna and I walked to Science.
