Since it's currently Wednesday night and we really only had tomorrow left before I had to go back home, we decided to host the game tonight as a last-minute thing. We had left the karting rink at around 2 pm, so Lan quickly texted his group to let them know while we quickly headed to the shops to pick up some snacks and games.
"I fear that I've gone to the shops every day since I've been here." I joked as we walked into the store, I was growing familiar with.
"Gone more than I have in my entire life." he responds, grabbing me by the hand. "No seriously, I have no clue where to find the crisps."
"Lando." I say laughing, dragging him along to the aisle.
We picked out a few different crisps, and some different dips while I grabbed a few things to make a charcuterie board as Lando picked up a few more board games.
He came back holding Jenga, monopoly, twister, and charades. I laugh at his selection, not having expected more, before throwing both our items into the cart.
Once we grabbed everything, we hurried to checkout so we could get back to his place quickly and set everything up.
After a quick drive, singing some 2000's songs, we got to his house where I quickly began to clean everything up and make it presentable since it was partially Lina and I's fault for the mess.
I let Lando go take a shower, knowing he wouldn't be too much help as I swept, wiped down the first floor.
Once I was done it was around 5:30 pm, which meant I had an hour and a half to get ready since we agreed to hang at 7.
I made my way to my room where I quickly got into the shower deciding against washing my hair for the moment, so once I was out, I put it in a half-up half-down slick back.
After that, I quickly redid my makeup, having clearly messed it up a little throughout the day, and put on my outfit that consisted of a creme knitted sweater that I tucked into my bra on one side, and some low-rise black jeans.
Once I was ready there was around half an hour left so I quickly made my way back downstairs to set up the living room. I grabbed all the games we bought today plus UNO and some regular Spanish playing cards.
When I finished playing some chips and cutting up the charcuterie board with the help of Lina, Lando and Max came running down the stairs and to the front door which they threw open.
