Like the previous days, I woke up with the sun shining straight into my eyes, however, without Lando's arms wrapped around me this time.
I pick up my phone from the nightstand, checking if he left me a message, which luckily, he did, saying he had to go workout with Max but that he'd be back later.
I put my phone down and made my way to the bathroom, doing my morning routine before walking over to Lina's door and knocking.
After waiting a few minutes for a response, I opened the door, realizing she wasn't there so I made my way to Max's room, checking if she was there instead.
"Lina?" I ask, knocking on his door.
"One second!" she answers, rushing over to the door. "Hey Isa." she greets me, giving me a tight hug.
"Wow, I think we need a debrief." I say, looking at her wearing only Max's shirt.
"We do, I think we better hurry though because we only have another hour before they're back." she tells me, grabbing my wrist as she walks us down to the living room.
I quickly make us two coffees as she makes us a quick avocado toast before we get comfy on the couch and debrief everything about this week so far.
"Tell me everything!" I say, taking a big sip of my coffee.
"Well, we get along very well, but nothing had really happened all this week over than some flirting and him being very very touchy." she says, blush slightly starting to coat her cheeks.
"Okay, okay."
"But then last night, I heard him talking to Steve about how he wanted to make a move but he didn't know how so I decided to make the move, so when everyone left and you and Lando were already in bed, I knocked on his door and when he opened it I just straight up kissed him."
"Aww Lina, that's so cute." I say, grabbing her hands in mine. "I'm happy for you, you both deserve each other."
"Thank you Isa. Then after the night took its own route but he asked me out on a date, so tonight we're gonna go out to his favorite restaurant."
"Ugh, that's so cute."
She sends me a smile while the blush on her cheeks turns even darker.
"Yea, he makes me really happy Isa, thank you for introducing us."
"I'm glad Lina, and of course I'll always look out for you." I smile, finishing my coffee as I place my empty mug on the table.
"Are things still the same with Lando?" she asks, turning the conversation to me.
