Since mom and dad were here, they were going to be staying in their house. They had a house this side so bhuti Sqalo took me to res and we started in Junior's room to get my laptop and his devices and changing clothes. Babazi was going to send someone to clean up. We then went to my room and packed my clothes then locked up and left.

Sqalo: "Who is this boy he was dating?"  he asked as he packed our bags into his car. He closes the boot and right then Yamkela shows up with his girlfriend, they were holding hands looking drunk.

Me: "There he is bhuti." i pointed at Yamkela. Bhuti first frowned then just walked to him and grabbed him by his shirt. He started hitting him so I decided to help him a bit. I grabbed the girl and gave her a few slaps.

Sqalo: "Let's go babygirl." he grabbed my hand leading me to the car. When we get inside the car we both just laugh. He drove straight to the parents house. One of the reasons I loved this house is that it is near the beach.

Mom: "Sthandwa sami. Come to mama." I immediately walk to her arms. She lays my head on her chest, softly brushing my face.

Mom: "He will be fine yezwa?!" I nod.

Me: "Can I sleep with you?!" I ask giving her my puppy face.

Dad: "Hhayi Hhayi yayay!" he quickly disputes making mom laugh.

Me: "Thotho?"

Mom: "I will sleep with you baby."

Dad: "aybo baby, bakhona oMelo nje!"

Melody: "We not sleeping here tonight."

Dad: "Ngoba?!"

Fanaz: "We want to see Cape Town, it is been long tyma!" dad scoffs seemingly unhappy about that.

Me: "Can I atleast come with you guys?"

Dad: "Yes, take your sister with nina."

Mels: "Ha! We are not babysitting baba, ngeke!"

Me: "Babysitting?! When i'm this old?! aybo!"

Sqalo: "Go change babygirl, then we will go." I squeal and quickly run upstairs to my room and change. When I get downstairs, I find only mom and dad cuddling on the couch.

Me: "Where are they?"

Dad: "I think they waiting for you outside." I rush out but they are nowhere in sight. Wow! I just walk back inside the house.

Mom: "Hawu manje?"

Me: "They left me mah." I seriously feel like crying because how can they do me like this really?! Especially bhuti Sqalo?! I walk back to my room so I can change into my pyjamas but my phone rings. It's Dev, I answer

Me: "hello?"

Dev: "Hey. I just wanted to check how is your brother? I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye."

Me: "it's okay, I understand. My brother will be fine, the doctor said we brought him right on time so he will be fine. He should be up by tomorrow."

Dev: "That's good. Now how do you feel now?"

Me: "I'm relieved but also a bit scared for him. He is a very fragile person and i'm scared of how he will get through all of this."

Dev: "He will be fine because he has a loving family that supports him. You just continue being there for him and uzobona, he will be fine."

Me: "Thank you."

Dev: "What are you up to now?"

Me: "I'm about to sleep, my older siblings went out dancing and refused to take me with. They crossed me cabanga?!" i hear him laugh a little.

Dev: "I can take you out dancing. I just turned my friends down so we can just join them."

Me: "Really?! But you had turned them down."

Dev: "Just don't over think it, send me your location and then I will fetch you." I smile.

Me: "Okay." he hangs up and I text him my address right away. I then get up and do some touch ups on my make up and fix myself again before packing my small bag. I also make sure there is enough bubblegum and cash. I rush downstairs, it's already dark so I guess mom and dad are asleep already.

Mom: "What are you doing in the dark? and you're dressed up."

Me: "I was about to come call you. Can I go out with my friends instead mah, since your kids dumped me?!"

Mom: "Hhayi Swe."

Me: "I promise to be safe and you will be the first person I call if i encounter any problems." she sighs.

Mom: "Fine but text me every two hours. Call me when you also want me to open for you." I hug her.

Me: "Thank you, bye!" I quickly rush out since Dev had already texted me that he is outside. He opens the door for me from the inside and then starts the car and drives off.

Dev: "I'm sorry for parking infront of the gate like that."

Me: "It's okay. Thank you for taking me dancing."

Dev: "It's okay. Here, eat while I drive. I know that you aren't supposed to drink with an empty stomach." I chuckle and thank him.

Me: "Thank you."
