' NARRATIVE '

Letho was really going out of her mind with the whole situation, even though the doctors had assured them that her son will be fine but she still couldn't help but worry. As soon as she told her girlfriends, they immediately flew to Cape Town. They were now all in Junior's ward, looking at him connected to the hospital machines. Regardless of all the children in their family, Junior was more like everyone's favourite. He has always been a carefree and free spirited person but he was also very fragile and so everyone was very protective of him.

Portia: " I honestly don't like seeing him like this." she said softly while brushing his forehead.

Thoba: "I still say we go over there and look for that boy." he has been pestering them about finding the boy that hurt Junior and teaching him a lesson.

Nqo: "Exactly. Asambe chomi, if you two want to stay here then it's fine, we will go alone." They both stood up and left, the other two had no choice but to follow them. Thoba was the one driving, he drives off to the on-campus residence. On arrival, they all get out of the car and walk to the security guard. Nqobile and Thoba talk to him for a few minutes before they are let in. Luckily for them, they meet Swelihle walking with her friend.

Sweswe: "Mom, what are y'all doing here?!" she asked looking confused.

Thoba: "Show me that boy's room." he said without hesitation.

Swelihle: "What boy?" she knew what boy they were asking for but she just hoped they weren't going to do what she was thinking.

Thoba: "That wimp that played our Junior, ngifuna ukumutrapa kancane!" he said with anger laced on his face.

Sweswe: "Mogheli !!" she called out when she saw how serious he looked.

Nqobile: "Now!" she shouts.

Xoli: "I will gladly show you mina." they all follow her up the little stairs that lead to the lift. Once they reach the floor, the girl opens the first door down the corridor. They find Yamkela shagging his girlfriend, Letho immediately grabs a broom next to the door and start hitting the both of them. Her anger just surfaced when she laid her eyes on this boy. Clearly he never loved his son because how can he be having sex while her son is fighting for his life in a hospital bed?!

Nqo: "Letha la chomi." she grabs the broom from Letho's hand and start bashing the naked Yamkela and his girl even harder.

Nqo: "I want to teach y'all a lesson! Niyajwayela nina!" she kept shouting while hitting them until Portia pulled her back. Nqobile was very attached to the kids since she didn't have kids of her own. Thoba then jumps in and grabs Yamkela by his manhood, making sure to twist it even though they just witnessed him shagging a girl.

After sometime they finally stop hitting them and give them a chance to cover themselves up. They then instruct them to sit.

Thoba: "Who leaked the video?!"

Yamkela: "I don't know." he says sniffing while wiping his tears mixed with snot.

Lethokuhle: "Don't make us your fool mfanam, we are very older than you sk you better start telling the truth."

Sonto: "I posted it aunty, I'm sorry." she said in a small voice.

Nqobile: "Do you know that my son is laying on a hospital bed half dead? all because of you?!"

Yamkela: "I'm really sorry."

Lethokuhle: "Sorry won't cut it boy. I will make sure that my wrath will be felt because I don't what or where did you find the audacity to do what you did."

Yamkela: "I'm really sorry Mrs Majola."

Lethokuhle: "I'm glad that you know exactly who am I. Prepare yourself for my wrath ngoba akudlalwa ngezami iy'ngane. I don't know where you got that rotten nerve to do my son like that kodwa ke uzongazi mfanam." she said pointing her finger at him.

Portia: "Why would y'all do something like that?"

Sonto: "It was Yamkela's idea. He said he found a way to make us some money and he let me in on the idea so I agreed. He would lie to LJ and tell him that he is taking care of his very sickly mom therefore his bursary is never enough and so LJ would help him financially. He usually sent him money and sometimes even did schoolwork for him. After a few months he sent me a video of him having oral sex with LJ and told me to keep the video safe as it will be our first way to blackmail him."

Swelihle: "Blackmail him how?!" she asks angrily.

Sonto: "He would have demanded cash from him and then shared the video with his friends so they also could get an opportunity to get money from LJ."

Lethokuhle: "Opportunity?! hehehe!" she chuckles sarcastically shaking her head.

Nqo: "Stop saying he, because you also agreed on this scam so that makes you as guilty as he is."

Thoba: "I want your friends names and the names of their courses. Nina nizofundaa abantu nginitshele!" The girl starts writing down their names on a piece of a paper and hands it to Thoba.

Sonto: "I'm really sorry to have participated in bullying LJ."

Thoba: "If I were you, i'd start packing my things. I will personally make sure that you and your skank here loose your bursaries and get expelled. I really hate bullies."

Nqo: "I will also make sure I end your careers before they even begin."

Portia: "While at that, y'all better have my son's money that you were busy spending because I will sue you all of you, be prepared." she said in her calm voice before they all walk out.
