After the initial embarrassment faded slightly, Taehyung took a seat at the kitchen table, trying to compose himself. He couldn't shake off the heat in his cheeks as he stole glances at Jungkook, who was still smiling like the cat that caught the canary. The teasing wasn't over, and Taehyung braced himself for the relentless banter that was sure to follow.

Yoona busied herself at the stove, humming a light tune as she prepared breakfast. The smell of bacon and eggs wafted through the air, mixing with the coffee aroma. Taehyung poked at his plate, trying to focus on his food rather than the very distracting presence sitting next to him.

"So, Tae," Jungkook began, leaning closer, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "What else were you thinking about me?"

Taehyung's fork clattered onto the plate as he nearly choked on his toast. "N-Nothing!" he sputtered, his voice slightly higher than normal as he turned to glare at Jungkook, who was clearly enjoying this way too much.

Jungkook leaned back, crossing his arms with an exaggerated sigh. "Come on, you can't just drop a bomb like that and expect me not to ask for details. I'm curious now! What do you think about?"

Taehyung buried his face in his hands again, groaning into his palms. "Can't I just have breakfast in peace?"

"Nope!" Jungkook chirped, clearly relishing the opportunity to tease Taehyung more. "I need to know how often I'm on your mind. Is it a lot? Every day? Is there a specific moment when you think about me?"

Taehyung felt like he was melting into the floor. "Jungkook, you're being ridiculous!"

But Jungkook only smiled wider. "Ridiculous? Maybe. But I think it's cute how flustered you get. I mean, look at you-you're all red and cute, just like what my fav look is."

"Shut up!" Taehyung whined. It was infuriating how Jungkook could turn his embarrassment into something lighter, something almost... comforting.

Just then, Yoona returned to the table with a plate piled high with breakfast. "Alright, boys, eat up! You both look like you need a proper meal."

Taehyung took the opportunity to focus on his plate, shoving a forkful of eggs into his mouth to avoid Jungkook's teasing gaze. But it didn't take long before the conversation resumed, with Jungkook stealing glances at him between bites.

"So, Taehyung, any plans for today?" Jungkook asked, leaning forward on the table, his gaze intense and playful.

"Not really," Taehyung mumbled, glancing down at his food. "Just work, I guess."

"Just work?" Jungkook replied, raising an eyebrow. "You need to make time for fun too! You can't spend all your days working."

Taehyung shrugged, trying to appear indifferent. "I have responsibilities, Jungkook. Unlike some people who just flit around and tease their friends all day."

"Oh, come on!" Jungkook shot back, pretending to be offended. "I work hard too! I just happen to have the benefit of looking good while doing it."

"Is that so?" Taehyung replied, rolling his eyes, but he couldn't help the smile that crept onto his face. "Your confidence is off the charts."

"Thank you! I appreciate that." Jungkook winked, clearly enjoying the exchange.

Once breakfast was finished, Yoona wiped her hands on a dish towel and looked at her son and Jungkook. "I have to run some errands, so I'll be going upstairs to change. You boys clean up, okay?"

"Sure, Mom," Taehyung said, quickly standing up to help her with the dishes.

As Yoona went upstairs, Taehyung turned to the sink, grabbing a sponge and soap. He began washing the dishes, trying to focus on the mundane task. But just as he was getting into a rhythm, he felt a familiar warmth behind him.

Suddenly, Jungkook wrapped his arms around Taehyung's waist from behind, pulling him into a snug embrace. "You know, you make dishwashing look cute," he teased, his voice low and playful.

Taehyung's heart raced, and he couldn't suppress the shiver that ran down his spine. "Jungkook!" he exclaimed, attempting to wiggle out of the embrace, but the way Jungkook held him made it impossible. "This is so not the time!"

Jungkook chuckled, resting his chin on Taehyung's shoulder. "What? You're not enjoying our moment? I think this is a perfect bonding experience."

"More like you're just being a nuisance!" Taehyung protested, trying to keep his voice steady, but the warmth of Jungkook's body against his back was distracting. "You're supposed to be helping, not distracting me!"

"Oh, but I can multitask," Jungkook replied playfully. "I can wash dishes and flirt with you at the same time. It's a gift!"

Taehyung could feel the heat rising in his cheeks again as he tried to hide his smile. "You're impossible!"

"And you're adorable," Jungkook whispered, his breath tickling Taehyung's ear, causing him to shiver again. "I can't help it if I want to see you blush more."

Just then, Taehyung spun around to face Jungkook, trying to regain his composure. "Stop it! You're going to make me drop a plate!"

Jungkook grinned, releasing Taehyung from his embrace and stepping back, his expression teasing. "I'll be careful, I promise. But you can't blame me for wanting to hug the cutest guy in the room."

Taehyung groaned, grabbing a plate and focusing intently on the task in front of him. "You're ridiculous," he muttered, but the smile tugging at his lips betrayed him.

As they finished washing the dishes together, Jungkook continued to toss playful comments and flirty remarks, keeping the atmosphere light and playful. Despite the teasing, Taehyung found himself enjoying every second of it, his heart racing in a way that felt both exhilarating and terrifying.

"Okay, enough of this! Let's go to the mall" Jungkook suggested, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

Taehyung nodded, feeling a flutter of anticipation in his chest. "Fine. But you owe me ice cream."

"Deal!" Jungkook replied, flashing a confident grin as they headed out the door together. And as Taehyung walked beside him, he couldn't shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, this day would be one he wouldn't forget.
