"So, you said Midoriya wasn't an Aura Shaper right? Then what is he?" Kendo asks Aizawa.
Izuku looks at Aizawa, slightly nervous. The Pro simply nods. "Fine." Izuku groans. "I'll do it again." He sighs. "Hi. The name's Midoriya Izuku. And I am an Aura Guardian."
"An Aura Guardian?" says.
"Like the same title as Sir Ash?" Kendo asks him. Izuku nods.
"We'd like for you all to keep this under wraps." Aizawa tells him.
"Hold on, won't declaring Midoriya as an Aura Guardian be helpful? Call the other Aura users to us?" Kendo asks the man.
"It would also attract the people who want to harm Midoriya too." Tokage points out. "Besides, if what I heard during Midoriya's interaction with that Bakugou kid is anything to go by, Midoriya doesn't seem to have had these power for more than a year."
"A year and a half." Izuku answers as he stands up. "I've only been training for a year and a half."
"Yeah, which means he'd become a liability if someone were to target him." Tokage says.
"Tokage is right." Shishida says. "If Midoriya doesn't have complete control over his abilities then it's better to keep things hushed."
"It's not that we don't want to tell people." Hitoshi tells them. "It's that we just don't want the attention that public would give Izuku. Team Catalyst and Team Ace probably already know about his powers, the real issue would be the press and the public. Being an Aura Guardian would make this idiot's life much harder than it has to be."
"Hold on? Team Catalyst and Ace already know?" Uraraka asks him, shocked.
"Yes. They found out towards the end of my one year training at Sevii." Izuku answers.
"You've trained at Sevii?" Kirishima almost yells. "Sorry." He apologizes, realizing his volume was too high. "Actually, that explains the vacuum wave. And a lot of the other things we saw him do."
"What do you mean?" Ochako asks him.
"You don't know much about Sevii do you?" Kirishima asks her. Ochako shakes her head.
"I've heard of it in passing from my father but nothing more than the fact that the pokemon there are unique." Ochako answers.
"Sevii is a group of islands that is often used as a pitstop by ships that travel between Hoenn and Kanto. It was also the place where Bill, the man behind the Pokemon Storage and Transfer System, set up his main lab back when the Kanto League had just been set up. This was about two, maybe three decades before Sir Ash started his journey. However, by the time Sir Ash became the first World Champion after defeating the Galar Champion, Leon, Sevii had become deserted due to the increasing prominence of Air Travel. With reduced traffic to the island, it became rather burdensome to keep living there and people moved to either Kanto, Johto and Hoenn and the place was taken over by the forests around. At some point in his career, Sir Ash, came across the place while on a trip and with help from some other champions, decided to use the islands as a place for endangered pokemon that weren't native to Kanto. One of the pokemon that were left on the island was a pair of Lucarios that Sir Ash had saved at some point. The male Lucario was the one that he trained and won his First World Championship title with, the second was a female Lucario they had met during a trip through Sinnoh."
"Hold on. Just wait." Izuku says, realizing what Kirishima might be saying. "You're saying that the pack of Lucario that I trained with on Sevii is related to Sir Ash's Lucario?"
"Not all of them. Just the leader of that pack." Kirishima answers.
"Motherfucker." Izuku curses.
"Motherfucker indeed." Hitoshi sighs, slapping his hand on his face.
